The room was smaller than what I expected for a hotel in Ankara, considering local standards. The bed linen and pillows could use renewal.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Despite some minor drawbacks, I found my stay enjoyable.

the bathroom, first it is small and second it has missing things like soup and shampoo but when you ask they will bring them, and if you didn't request them they will not put for you. but in general, I can't even say that this is a negative point.

The hotel is the best one among the hotels around it, I tried all the 3 stars and 4 stars hotels in Kizilay, and this one is one of the top among them, also one of the cheapest, you will get a cheap hotel and a perfect location and the hotel rooms quality is good.

I had a wonderful experience during my visit to Ankara, and this hotel definitely deserves a spot in the satisfaction pie. The entire staff is exceptional, friendly, and always ready to address any questions you may have. While the room is on the smaller side, perfect for a single occupant, it becomes a bit challenging to move around if you have luggage. However, the daily cleaning is meticulous, and despite the compact size, the bathroom is kept spotless. The hotel's prime feature is its location; it's situated right in the heart of downtown, less than a 1-2 minute walk to everything. The main subway station is conveniently close (300 m), and the bus station to the airport is within a 5-minute walk. I opted for the Ankarabus to the airport, which cost me around 120 TL, whereas a private taxi charged me 30 euros one way. Despite the compact room size, I highly recommend this hotel, especially considering its unbeatable location.

Windows in shocking state, unable to close properly, it needs maintenance. Some features in room illogical and annoying, no hangers for towels.

Location was great, close to metro and all shops and restaurants, yet little bit on a side in quieter street. Rooms were huge, we had two double beds available. Shower was excellent. Reception staff helpful. We had to check out earlier because our plans changed and they issued us refund without any problems.

Nothing, all was very good.

I loved my stay at the hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is cleaned every day, and it was spacious for a single traveller. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. It's very close to transportation, and i would come back again for sure.

The wifi was terrible! It was as if there is no internet connection! That was really annoying. Sometimes there was a disgusting smell coming from the bathroom. This was also disappointing. There was plenty options for breakfast but the warm breakfast (omelet, fried egg, sausage and..) was always cold!

The room was really big and clean! The staff were super nice and helpful! We could ask for tea or Turkish coffee or normal coffee whenever we wanted and it was for free. It was really nice to have an air conditioner in the room! The location was awesome and it was exactly in the city center. Although it was in the city center, it was calm and quiet at nights.

Very slow and unstable Wi-Fi. The single room is relatively small and was difficult to fit my suitcase, which stayed on the floor.

Disappointing breakfast; it’s convenient there but you can do better outside just 200m away. Be prepared with your Google translate, only few staff speak English or any language other than Turkish . Note that this is generally true for Ankara, not only for this hotel.

Excellent value for money, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the room photos on the website are an exact depiction of what you get. A/C works well. Staff is helpful and willing to help.

The refrigerator in the room did not have separate electricity and whenever you left the room, the refrigerator would turn off, so you did not have cold water when you were outside. There was no shoe polish in the room. There was no glass, no plate, no boiling kettle

We did not have a towels in our room, but if we asked they provide the towels immediately. The air-conditioning didn't work in our room.

The staff was really helpful. We stayed there just one night.
