“The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They say they are a friendly hotel and they made a point of living up to this by being helpful and friendly. The location is great, right in the centre of the old town and near the copper bazaar. The traditional building is beautiful and the courtyard an oasis of calm in a busy, vibrant city.”
