We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IraqWifi was so bad, disconnected many times, and each time needed to log in through passport number and password. It was a bit hot because AC was not working yet, we had to open the windows.

Clean and quiet Staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Ms. Maryem who took care of all our requests and she was our main contact person since she speaks Arabic. Thanks also for the concierge people who helped us for the luggage and the car parking everyday.

Francewe booked 2 suites and the water was running a bit brown. it was fixed very quickly by the service team. it is not a problem but it could have been prevented with more care - especially for the suites… generally ok hotel but if you want full modern and top notched quality, it might not be what you expect.
the staff is amazingly friendly and super helpful. the sauna and swimming pools were empty and great. you have the choices between 3 saunas. you can also have massage. the breakfast is a buffet with various delicious food. location is great, only 15m walk to the coppersmith bazar.

Germanyunfortunately we got a smoking room, even if there was promised a non-smoking room on Booking. Our suite obviously didn’t fit the standard of the category, and was quite outdated. Renovated suites and rooms seem to be only on 4/5th floor.
Quite close to the City Center. Car can be parked, an employee takes it to the garage for free. Cleaning staff was very friendly.
