We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Bahrainonly complain is the small Fridge which was not cold at all & this being in main market, there are some food items you cant buy / store in the small fridge as they would spoil (we like to buy cheeses & other fruits) but can't keep them
2nd Time Booking here, really like how close this hotel to the Main Market, Breakfast was Simple Turkish style & was good enough - this time there were no Simit for Breakfast :( Rooms are Very New & clean and comfortable but you have to request for a foldable bed from housekeeping if you don't want to be in the same main bedroom - the 4 person room layout is 3+1, the 3rd person would have a big Sofa bed usually

The hotel is new, relatively in the center of the city, close to shops and other facilities. The staff took care of the parking, we didn't have any issues. Breakfast also good. The room was nice and warm.

SwitzerlandI was in a a room at the edge of the hotel and the Wifi signal was very weak or disapeared completly from time to time. I guess the problem doesn't exist with the more central rooms.
Modern and clean room and bathroom. AC worked perfectly. The pillows (you can actually choose between different options) were very comfy as well as the bed. The location is pretty central. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices to make. I would stay in this hotel again.

Really like the fact the airport shuttle stops right in front of the hotel. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. We asked to have our room changed to one with a better view and they were kind to do that for us. Will stay here again in the future.
