The lagoon rooms were closed for renovation until Oct. so we missed out on having that amazing view.

Clean, excellent breakfast buffet, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The buffet staff were especially attentive.

Hotel charged extra meaningless and unexpected. I absolutely paid more than booking price. I don't mean restaurant payments. Be ready to pay more %10 additional booking.com price. There are no fun in the hotel.

The non smoking regulations at the camp was not what I expected. If you don’t smoke - no problem. And do not plan to swim at the beach. Beautiful but can be dangerous. They put up red flag if so

beautiful resort. Polo area and pool bar were great. Very friendly and helpful staff. If you want a memorable experience of local food in a beautiful located place at the beach you should try Big Too Bar just a few minutes from the hotel.

They did not have nice young coconut.

It was my first time experiencing a half-board stay and I love it. The breakfast buffet spread was generous and we were spoilt for choice. And for our second meal, we could choose if we wanted to opt for lunch or dinner. Each meal consists of 3 dishes - appetiser, main course and dessert. The portion is HUGE! Overwhelming in some ways but totally delicious. The whole hotel staff is just so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely return.

The location is far so it’s quite secluded; however, we enjoyed our stay as the resort has numerous facilities.

Excellent customer service, extremely helpful and pleasant staff. The service was always quick. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The resort is fantastic and we absolutely loved the kids pool especially as it had a shaded area which shielded our baby from the sun.

Renaissance can eventually look into improving its facilities, such as adding water sports, day activities for tue guests around the beach and/or by the pool. The AC in the room seems not ideal for the weather condition (in fact, a bit warm during the night inside the room). Another point of improvement is the time to serve the food in the restaurants (too long... over 30min).

Renaissance has a great staff, which easy the stay for all guests. The food on all restaurants is just phenomenal, it is the greatest highlight of this hotel.

The hotel has direct access to the beach and it's actually making a difference compared to other places around Phuket ! The beach club food was really good, with both local and western options ! The service is excellent and the stuff was always caring about our confort and needs ! It is also closer to the airport than many so It made our transfers much easier... This is the best place to stay if you're not planning to travel all around the island !

Very nice hotel. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Probably one of the best stretches of beach I’ve seen in Phuket. Rooms were very clean, and trendy. Perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, away from the party side to Phuket. Would definitely recommend.

I recently stayed at ur hotel in Phuket and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The hotel itself was stunning, with beautifully designed rooms and breathtaking views of the ocean.The amenities provided were top-notch, from the luxurious spa to the delicious on-site restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. I especially enjoyed relaxing by the infinity pool, sipping cocktails while soaking up the sun.The location of the hotel was perfect, situated right by the beach. The concierge was also very helpful in arranging day trips and providing recommendations for things to do in the area.Overall, I can't recommend the hotel enough for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in Phuket. I can't wait to visit again!

We took half board and it was a mistake. Breakfast was more than excellent (that means there were some excellent cooks around) but both restaurants available for dinner were a disappointment. Food was ok but not more in particular if compared to the breakfast and the generally outstanding Thai food we had in the previous week of our trip. It would have been far better to dine outside of the resort in terms of quality and price. It was all the more disappointing because both restaurants provided lovely settings and the staff were particularly welcoming and professional.

There can be more staff during the rush hour at the breakfast place.

The staff is amazing. My daughter got sick and we have to leave early. They gave us a late check out without asking. They were so gentle and understanding. Taking this chance, I want to thank Lilly from the front desk. She was just great. The variety of breakfast was impressive. The food served at the restaurants were delicious. Price wise it was both super expensive and worth it. I have stayed in other Bonvoy hotels but this is something else. I would like to come back!!!
