You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

BelgiumI hope you like to read, because there is going to be reading with the enumeration of the negative points that there are : - The cleaning: We stayed in the room 1 month and we had to beg them to come and clean, once a week, in our room. We almost had to shed a tear for them to change the sheets. - Since they don't clean, don't expect them to come and empty your garbage. It is up to the guest to take their trash and find an available trash can to throw their trash in. - We had no hot water for 1 month, sewage smells were regularly emanating from the bathroom. - The air conditioning was so noisy that we were unable to turn it on at night, otherwise we couldn't sleep. We are not used to complaining at all, but this was simply not possible. We complained several times to the reception, asking if it was possible to have a technician come. The man at the front desk first sent the cleaning lady to deal with the air conditioning problem... Of course, this poor lady didn't know how to do anything since it required a technical approach. Then, we were told that "the building is old so unfortunately it is like that". I raised the point that the building and the air conditioning were two separate things, and the only answer I got was a smile. - The staff is totally disinterested in the welfare of the guests. In case of problems, they invoke the price of the accommodation which is - according to them - already not high (but believe me, the price is too high compared to what you will get) - OYO pretends to be a hotel chain but they don't provide anything (no toilet paper, no shower gel, no shampoo, no kettle, no cleaning). Even the hostels offer a better service. - As we were staying there for a month and I saw a customer passing by with a kettle, I asked if it was possible for them to lend me one. They retort me that they do not have kettles in the hotel. Finally, I found out a room full of kettles :-D
The only positive points of the accommodation were its location (20 min walk from the beach) and the blackout curtains (yes, that's saying something...).

Thailandthe room wasn’t clean at all, the bed had hairs in as did the sink. none of lights worked neither did the lock. the fridge had a horrible smell coming it and it didn’t work. it was overall very dusty and not clean.

UkraineWhen we arrived they told that gave our room to someone else. There was no stuff on reception, they told us to go away by phone. The room was paid and we did a call to confirm the booking before we came. We met couple of people with same problems near the entrance. Hotel told that if i need the refound i can come in morning, but in morning i should go to another city, so they just took my money and kicked us out.

United KingdomWe paid extra for a twin room with 2 beds but were told there were only rooms with a double bed available.. We were then shown another room which was nicer but had no electricity as the card wasn’t working. The next day we got the twin room we booked and everything was good from then on!
