Before leaving I asked for my invoice to be emailed to me but it was never emailed. I rang the hotel again to ask for it and i am still waiting for my invoice after more than 1 week.

Covenient hotel near to Malpensa airport and with a nice breakfast.

Rooms were very very hot air conditioning did not work or worked badly. The refrigerator was actually hot. It is stored inside a cabinet and the heat from motor actually heat the inside up due to being trapped in cabinet. Warm drinks.

Rooms had no air conditioning or fan, so had to open the windows all day and night to allow fresh air in. Sadly, no one told us at reception and provision for fans were not made. Front desk personnel does not speak English buy Italian, this is not right but turned out to be helpful. No one told us the stuff in the fridge were free on the house and would be replenised daily.

Location is grand about 10mins drive to the airport. Inclusive breakfast is great and ample parking area if you come or book one.

Bath is terrible, no bath curtain and the floor was totally wet. Location is good only by car. Not possible to activate the air conditioning because it's not high summer yet, so we had to open the window and since it's close to a main road, it was very noisy.

They need good sound insulation. If you stay on the ground floor, you can listen to the lobby and kitchen clearly all night.

Horrible A/C management policy. They'll cut the A/C unilaterally whenever they want without prior communication. If its 28 degrees celsius, you'll cook in bed (along with mosquitos) as the Hotel location is in a very humid place in the middle of the woods. Bathtub and door design are a disaster. Very unpleasantly surprised.

Bathroom bath leaking a lot while having a shower. In room electricity box constantly buzzing. Bathroom door does not close properly.

Excellent hotel for a night over stay !

The breakfast is excellent, far above the competition at the price point. The staff is efficient, kind and cheerful. The parking lot is spacious and so are the rooms. The bathroom is up to modern standards, very good. Elevator spacious and easily accessible. With few more tweaks the property will rock. WiFi easily connects but is still somewhat slow allegedly due to a service provider bottleneck. Reception desk open 24/7.

The hotel has just been taken over by a new proprietor who is working swiftly to make a series of improvements that could further enhance the hotel performance.

The woman at reception when we arrived didn't anwser me directly my question I asked per e-mail which was important but answered my e-mail, air conditionning makes some noise and when you shut it down it is a little bit warm in room but nothing insupportable, wifi is too weak, hotel is located in the corner of the road and adress on internet is not correct you have to drive+- 300-400 meters further when you come from Domodossola or Switzerland.

The staff is fine and helpful, italian hospitality which is always a pleasure to live, hotel has an excellent location regarding the airport, it has high standard, very quiet, very insulated from noise, bed is very comfortable, breakfast is very nice and offers many possibilities, parking ils private and secure. Négative points are very low regarding the quality of the stay. I strongly recommend this hotel.

When we got to the hotel we found that the air condition is not working. The woman in the reception, said they have a problem and suggest that we will go to their other hotel near by - "Hotel Oleggio Malpensa". So we went there and again the air condition didn't work!!!!! Only after 3 hours they got convinced that there is a problem with the room and moved us to another room. The room was dirty, no coffee, only 1 towel... We went down to the bar to try and relax from the terrible afternoon and there was nothing to eat there. So we asked to bring our small dishes to eat with the drink but it was not allowed. All we wanted is to get over the night and get away from there!!!!

This is really minor - the hotel is kept spotless, but the products they use can sometimes have a strong odor. Nothing that 15 minutes of opening a window cannot fix.

A very nice hotel about 10-12 minutes drive from the airport. Can be a solid base for driving to both Lago Maggiore and Como, but also Milan. Free parking on a very spacious private lot, solid breakfast and incredible staff that answered our every need. They were the main reason we switched hotels for the second part of our stay and came back for 3 more nights.

There are no restaurant facilities, so there is no food at the hotel. Seems they are under maintenance. We arrived late and had to order food online as we didn't drive, which was inconvenient. I wish we had known this so we could have had a meal prior to arrival. The distance by public transport is a long walk as no bus service around. We walked for over 30 minutes. Would be fine for someone who drives.

Clean and comfortable provided towels and other necessities to get ready. Suitable for overnight stay for airport transfer. Franchesca was very helpful and arranged taxi to the airport. Was a bit pricy for a 15-minute drive, but he was on time and seemed quite professional it was quite early, so that's understandable. Guess that's the cost for private transfer? Breakfast available, but we couldn't stay as we had an early flight.

There was nothing not to like

Everything was perfect at the hotel! The room was impeccably clean with a huge bed and a fantastic bathroom with all amenities. There was a big walk in closet where we found the safe and the hairdryer. The heat was on, which was great since we arrived on a cold rainy afternoon!! Even though our check out time was long before breakfast started we were allowed to have breakfast earlier! Everything was freshly baked and both savouries and sweets were in great variety (make sure you try the homemade jams)! Perfect choice and highly recommended!!
