Bathroom issue with cockroach still coming from bathroom very uncomfortable for us for 2 nights One of the drivers shuttle very unprofessional , just asking for money when was free shuttle at 10:30 ask for money anyway . Rude and bad attitude when returning to take us back with 1 hour delay . It's a shame as we was waiting for him one hour at 17:15 as for shuttle table time and we told him please come back at 17:15 at gas station , he doesn't appears to care about ,he come at 18:10 and when we ask please can you take us back he reply " maybe " sarcastic . It's a shame to treat people like this , specially the customers of the hotel make us feel uncomfortable . Very polite instead when was paid for a private ride . One person like this make people feel uncomfortable and put all the hotel in a bad reputation it's a shame for the beautiful hotel and other nice and friendly staff . We enjoy staying at this hotel except for that experience with that driver. Thank you for all your hospitality. Internet sometimes poor .

Firstly, the staff were amazing, very attentive and always on hand to help. The location is superb with views for days, incredible. If you're staying here, I'd personally get a motorbike as the hill up to the accommodation will be a nightmare in the heat. Been Koh Tao a handful of times and this was my forst stay here. Highly recommended.

The view is unreal. Koh Tao was hot hot hot while we were there and the benefit of having a breeze cannot be overrated!! Unwind in the pool and enjoy the breeze and the view. I felt this hotel was at the pricier end of the scale for us but the view, and breeze that came with it, made it well worth it! The shuttle service up and down the hill was fantastic. Hardly ever had to wait more than 5 mins, if at all. Chalok bay had everything we needed: variety of restaurants and 7/11. We saw the turtle in Sharks bay too and found an excellent dive course with Nava too. Again this hotel is a little tired, and a little basic but totally passable. breakfast wasn’t fantastic but there was a good selection of Asian and western food. It was very quiet in the evenings too. We were always the last up when the bar closed at ten. All said and done in terms of location I would definitely cook this place again. I think it would be hard to beat.

Great location, on top of a hill with great views. Away from the busier Sairee beach but with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Free shuttle from the hotel to the beach and pier was quite helpful and the staff super friendly!

The description on booking.com is incorrect. there is no massages / spa area. I was annoyed as I booked it for my girlfriend based on this as I thought it was a spa type resort.

it is a really nice property with very friendly staff and a wonderful location if you want a nice quiet stay. Reasonably priced restaurant and bar.

Some days there was an unpleasant smell from the sewers in the bathroom.

Amazing view over the bay, panoramic windows. Clean and comfortable room with always fresh bed. Hygienic set was there. Great breakfast. Spectacular pool with a view over two bays. You can enjoy the view of the stars at night laying on the cozy nets. Energy of the hotel lets you enjoy your stay at 100%. Especially I would like to point out that the hotel offers yoga classes. We tried two classes and we are beginners. We really enjoyed the yoga classes and discovered something new for us. The yoga trainer is very experienced and has positive energy, thus you get great yoga experience.

It’s a little run down but nothing terrible.

The views were spectacular!!! Recommend renting a scooter if you like your freedom because it is a bit out of the way but they have shuttle service if you don’t want a scooter.

Close to shark bay, sea view rooms were really comfortable and luxurious and enjoyed the bath tub on the balcony. Shuttle made it easy to get there from the pier as it's quite out of the way

It’s bit dated as a hotel - old style decor (but what makes it more affordable) It’s far from the main town centre - we only stayed here after spending 5 days in the centre. If this was your only stay in Koh Tao it’s not the best location. There is a free shuttle bus to the centre but it was at either at 5pm or 8pm - nothing inbetween. And if you got the bus at 8pm one you’d have to pay for a taxi back (I think was around 400 baht) The food was a good standard but expensive compared to places in town

Exceptional hotel in a beautiful place, with panoramic view swimming pool. 10 min walk to the Shark's Bay with turtles and baby sharks. The restaurant serves fantastic food in really good prices, the staff is very very kind. I wish I could stay longer than 3 nights.

There's nothing really there to dislike to be honest. One thing is the hotel is situated on a hilltop, so going in the town or shops by walking is not that easy. It is a bit away from the main tourist spots! The hotel has free shuttle service in selected times which was a great help. As the hotel is on hilltop you can see some stunning views of the see and surrounding from the hotel.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent. Food at the hotel restaurant were exceptional and good value for money. Rooms were really big and special.

Drain in the bathroom smelled terrible, we requested it to be cleaned a couple of times and whilst staff were responsive, the cleaning product smelled of dettol and made it worse unfortunately. Otherwise a nice place

Cons: - Rooms are not soundproof. If the guest next door plays music, talks loudly, slams a door, etc, you will hear it. - Restaurant and bar areas could use some mosquito coils/citronella candles/some sort of deterrents.

We stayed here in January 2023 and returned November 2023 as we enjoyed it so much. Pros: - Very clean and well maintained. - Lovely staff throughout the entire resort. - Stunning views from the pool and restaurant area. - Included breakfast was good. - Very comfortable pillows. - Complimentary pier shuttle for pickup and drop off. It is also complimentary to main beach/busy areas.

The only minor point was the fact that they got our breakfast order wrong twice and the Burmese staff seem very loud talking during breakfast too, it's not a pleasant way to wake up on your holiday.

The best part is the pool that looks over 2 bays and sunset. The room is nice and big, nothing to complain there. Decent simple breakfast available. 100% worth the money
