After parking the motorcycle in the garage the process of registration took almost 20 Minutes, being the only customer and sweating all over in my motorcycle gear. One day before i asked for parking place and got not answer and the receptionist blamed it on a colleague... In this time, the registration, the receptionist took also a private call on the phone using the loud speaker in front of a customer which is a red flag. Also even there were signs in the hotel for smoking not allowed (all types: cigars, vapes etc..) a maintenance worker was smoking in the reception.

I just needed a place to stay near the bus station, and this property and its staff exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable, quiet, and I had a nice terrace to look out on the city. I’d happily recommend this property as a low/mid priced option.

There is only ONE restaurant and 3 tiny markets with very limited choices within the surrounding area, which is rundown with lots of empty stores. The second night, there no WiFi.

The location was close to a Metro stop - about 4 blocks away. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was available at a sister hotel about a block away; the hotel is renovating their restaurant. The desk clerk was friendly. One restaurant nearby; I ate lunch there. At night, it is very busy with tourists eating dinner and listening to the 3-piece band who can play a popular song from whatever country you live in.

Coffee making facilities in room was missing the kettle when we arrived. But they supplied one when we asked for it.

Good location. Easy to get to by Metro. Comfortable beds, good showers. Breakfast was good - its in a building just round the corner, but easy to get to. Not really an inconvenience.

Bed was comfortable,the pillow was the right size, quiet neighborhood, so slept great. Hostess was friendly. Good breakfast. Shower was hot. Liked having a balcony. Close to the train station and not far from sites.

The breakfast could have a bit more varaiaty. I was mainly missing some Spreadable cheese as only hard cheese was available. But all and all I had a full and tasty breakfast.

The best thing is the big screen in the room. Most of the hotel gives a 32-40" tv while here it was a very big screen (I assume 55" but didn't measure). The place is in a great location, 5 minutes walk from Vitusha main street.

Breakfast is no longer served in the hotel itself and we had to walk to a different hotel around the corner where the food was not as good as I had remembered from past visits to Favorit Hotel.

Location is very convenient as it's only a short walk to the bus and train stations. Nice quiet side street.

Very good breakfast . The staff were, in a word, excellent. Having stayed in probably hundreds of different accommodations I can say that the staff here were, without exception, outstanding. This includes kitchen staff, cleaners, maintenance, everyone. A real treat!
