The option for breakfast was great. This was my second time in staying in the hotel. The location is best if you want to experience shopping, all big shopping malls are within the close proximity of the hotel. There is a big night market under indra square within few hundred meters from hotel.

The corridor from the room to elevator would have been very beautiful, if it had been lit even during the day.

Large breakfast is excellent and delicious. It is precious if the breakfast is different from day to day. Spicily, the welcome from the staff boy was grate others are also good. The room we got was very comfortable as they informed us. When we come to the room on our daily visit, it was properly cleaned and repaired. The walking distance to Central World, Indra Square, Big C , Railway station, bus stop and any other places.

The location of the hotel is quite far away from town. Although walking is feasible, but it took us around 20-30 mins to reach CentralWorld under the hot sun. Definitely not a good choice especially when you are travelling with elderly and children. In terms of the interior of the hotel, some refurbishment will help as it looks a bit run down especially the rooms.

The staffs are helpful and friendly. The hotel is located at the backlane away from the main street, which is quieter at night. Room and bathroom are spacious.

More on western style breakfast, stayed in room 236 (1 twin bed and 1 single bed) very spacious, the TV is a smart TV, the plug is type A will need to bring own travel adapter. Location is walking distance (5min) to airport rail link Ratchaprarop station, near to bus station (walk 3-6min)

Underwhelming breakfast. Furnishings somewhat dated. Inflexible bookings. 500THB per night charge for an extra bed which we felt was excessive.

Fantastic location surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores and a 15-20 minutes' walk away from the bustling Ratchadamri shopping district. Full-service laundromat right across the hotel. Cafe menu was excellent. Staff were courteous and attentive despite the language barrier.

The AC took quite some time to spin up. From ambient temperature it wouldn't be comfortable for about 40 minutes, but eventually got there. The hotel itself is at the end of an alleyway but it wasn't dangerous at all, just make sure to look carefully for it

Nice hotel experience overall. Short walk to nearest train station, two free bottles of water per day (other minibar items not free and they will ding you for it), water filter in lobby. Nice to have full AC control of room because it was already quite hot in March (38C). Staff were very nice. I had requested one big bed instead of two twins and they were able to help me make the change the next morning.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city, close to the MRT. It is found in a good location, with a laudry service right in front of the hotel, which was quite useful. The room is okay even though it is old looking. It was indeed clean and comfortable. The staff are also helpful and easy to deal with.

The location of the room was inconvenient with lack of fresh air and sunlight. We book for a room of 3 separated beds but received a room of 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The room was totally different with the description provided by the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was served very well. The menu changed every day with fresh food. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly.

Great staff! This hotel is nestled behind a busy street and you don't hear the hustle of the street. It's very close to the fashion centers and train Breakfast provided enough choices. Rooms were spacious, air conditioner worked great. Really a great value for the money.

I've been an always client of Hotel De Bangkok and I always recommend it to my friends since the location - accessible to Platinum , Central World other night markets. Also, few steps to Ratchapraprop Station. Room rates are affordable and the sizes of the units are big. They also serve breakfast now. Lastly , they have a wonderful staffs from security, receptionist,cleaners.

It is a quite old building which needs some renovation. Sink doesn’t drain well, so sometimes it’s annoying. But staff keeps it very clean. It’s quite noisy, so if you have troubles sleeping, consider that. Because outside is loud and windows won’t shut down very well. Or it’s just old. Breakfast is super limited, but it’s included in this budget price, so it’s ok. Location is quite far from main attractions, but it’s close to bts station, like 5 mins walk.

What I liked the most was staff. Very friendly, very helpful. Also they let our luggage stay there for 4 days, while we are in Phuket and until we come back for one more night stay in this hotel. Very good deal compared to airport storage. So we used storage service of this hotel.

Even though it is not too far away from the main tourist area, walking even 1.5 km in Bangkok weather and unsafe roads crossings is not pleasant.

The location is about 1 km from the CentralWorld, from were you can walk to Siam Square over the elevated pedestrian "street". The train station is a short walk from the hotel, but it is the SkyLine, which is very convenient for going to and from the airport, but otherwise one needs to change trains, which in Bangkok means exiting the station and walking several hundreds metres. The canal is also about 1 km away, and the are regular city boats sailing along it. Walking to the canal (and CentralWorld) involves crossing at least two roads where you just hope not to be overrun by a car or motorbike.
