We loved the boutique style of the accommodation itself. The staircase really makes an impression. The room is always very clean, there are always enough towels available... A large balcony with deckchairs. The mattresses are comfortable. The accommodation is close to the city centre, easy access and close to all the action, which is fantastic.

The wireless was only in the common areas, which was fine. However, in the late afternoon and evenings, there was nowhere to work if you needed the wifi, except for two low chairs. I had a few hours of work that needed to be done and there were no tables or space to work

I like the balcony, It was fantastic as I could sit out and get a tan.would like to thank Sonia,who was such a fantastic hostess... We had an early morning 🌄 flight, and she and her team provided sandwiches for us as a breakfast ,and also booked am early taxi for us... So Sonia thanks a million..... Much luv , Mary

Slightly noisy. Can hear other guests slipping into their rooms, and taps running, but for the price we paid it’s not a big deal. The water stains in the bath were a bit unattractive but that’s the pipes - everything was clean and the beds were comfortable

Fantastic location, and the breakfast was great. Such a lovely setting. Other guests were very polite and there was more than enough space to spread out. Camilla at reception was so lovely and made us feel so welcome. I rang her before we flew to obtain check in details and we spoke in English (I needn’t have worried).

As it was raining when we were there stairs very wet going down to breakfast also bar wasn't open we had an evening flight it would have been nice to be able to use bar as weather was bad

There was a bar area but never seen anyone meaning it.It would have been nice after a day on beach to have a drink in the outside seating area

A lovely and peaceful small hotel. Close to shops and restaurants and so close to the airport- but don't worry about noise, I barely noticed it. Also a great breakfast. This is the best value for money I have ever received from a hotel. I recommend it highly! Thank you to Camilla and the team for their friendly, helpful and professional service 👍🏻 😀

We're nitpicking here, because we loved the hotel, but: No lift, and quite a lot of stairs (2 flights down to reception then 1 or 2 flights to the rooms), so not suitable for people with mobility problems. Reception not staffed after 2pm and no bar service after then. No restaurant or bar in the evening (but plenty nearby!)

We loved our stay here. Location: in a quiet street, but right next to the main street for shops, restaurants and bars. Also very close to bus station for airport bus (only €1.45 each way). Hotel: small, attractive building with open staircases. Pool area with small swimming pool and seats and sunbeds, never busy when we were there. Reception with lounge area but only open until 2pm most days. Free beach towels from reception. Room: (Rm14): spotlessly clean large room with double bed, sofa, chair, TV (local channels), wardrobe with adequate storage, and plenty of (tiled) floor space. Fridge, kettle and hairdryer. Big bathroom with bath/good shower. Very large roof terrace with sofa, table, 2 sunbeds, clothes dryer, and plenty of space. Breakfast: simple but good continental and hot selection, plus cereals, yoghurt, juices, bread, spreads, fresh fruit, cakes and pastries. Small selection but fresh and constantly replenished. Staff: extremely friendly and helpful reception staff, friendly and efficient breakfast staff, housekeeping staff had the room spotless by the time we came back from breakfast each morning. Overall a great value hotel!

Only small things. The double bed is massive but mattress is a bit hard

The value for money is brilliant. Good breakfast included. Hot and cold food. Fruit cakes rolls and coffee and juices. Nice room in a small Spanish style hotel in the middle of everything. Close to fado rock the best restaraunt in caleta de fuste. And only 6 minutes walk to beach. The staff are lovely and problem solvers. And the pool is heated with a peaceful patio sheltered from wind

Not a personal problem for me, but the bathroom was a little old, but still exceptionally clean

Everything was amazing, the staff was extremely helpful, breakfast was nice, always some options to choose from, the rooms were spacious, clean. The hotel is close to the bus station, so ideal for traveling around the island. The buses timetables are to view in the lobby and the staff can also arrange a taxi. One of the nicest places I've been and the stuff was amazing!

No major issues, only issues was the bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable. Fine for a week but was happy to be back to my own bed. And things like the grouting on the bathroom were quite old and coming off/limacaled.

Only a slight problem, the patio door needed replacing it wouldn't shut properly.

The staff were excellent rooms spotlessly clean. A very good breakfast with lots of choice.
