The rooms and especially the pool look very different from the pictures shown in the listing. Aircon was very loud.

Awesome stay and extremely accommodating staff. The place was pretty quiet, barely any people at the pool and beach, which was nice. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. You can book everything from taxis and scooters to trips and tours with the hotel for reasonable prices. The included breakfast was good. You can also get very good dinner and lunch. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Well, we had some paranormal activities in our room. The first night around 5 in the morning we heard noises from upstairs like cracking noises for 5-10 min only to realize later that there was no one upstairs. We ignored that completely. Next night again around 5.30, we heard dragging noise on the floor. When I woke up and turned the lights on, I was shocked to see what was in front of me. A black plastic plate with bones was dragging by itself in circles. There was no wind in the room and no way it was possible that it could run by itself and had no idea from where it came in the first place. It stopped after sometime and we threw the plate outside the room. We stayed up the rest of the night and checked ourself out soon early. There was something uncanny for sure in the room. It is best to avoid room 1109.

The property is a good and large resort with ample big rooms and good facilities. It has all that you need to relax for your vacation. The staffs were excellent and the food in the restaurant was also good.

With the budget price, the accommodation was just a little tired. the odd plug socket not working and one of the twin sinks not draining.

The restaurant was overpriced and closed early. There was no onsite bar after 6pm but there is a lovely beach bar next door.

The rooms were very nice and spacious with a smart TV. The room had a lovely balcony. The massage facilities were well priced and very good. There was good availability of tours. The pool area is lovely and right on the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even brought a cake on my birthday! Free transfer to the pier was a great touch.

Rooms were excessively large - frustrating that we had to book two for our family of four despite one room being ample. Hotel felt a little tired in places and a little soulless - but that was more down to the scale of the place (that we are not used to as a family) than anything else.

Fabulous beachside location next to a beautiful little beach bar called Hua Kati. Vast hotel with huge rooms. Everything very clean. Good sized swimming pool. Very helpful excursions booking onsite. Nice cheap eateries nearby.

I didn't like the breakfast. Very basic. I think they can improve it. The price is a little high.

The resort is very beautiful, the staff is very nice and helpful. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable It's very close to Pralan Pier around 10 minute walk. They have a free shuttle to the pier and you can also take care of the tickets for the boats in the hotel.

The breakfast was poor for the number of stars. Choice was ok but the quality was bad. We even found mold on a cake one morning.

Good location at the nicest part of Maenam beach. Very quiet area, but several restaurants very close by. Great hotel room. Very spacious and comfortable. We loved the beds. The bathroom was also big.

Ladders into the pools in the swim up rooms were only two steps and so really difficult to get out of, would be impossible with any form of mobility difficulty Kids club simply didn’t exist other than a room with a few toddler toys inside. It was never staffed during the 10 days despite reference on website of it being so, so that children could be left there.

The food quality is not the best. They charged us wrongly for some drinks we ordered during their "happy hour", so just check twice when signing the receipts.

The place was great, there is a private entrance to the beach.
