The restaurant says it closes at 9pm but it actually closes before 9pm because they won’t allow you to order anything between 8:30-9:00

It’s a very beautiful place and when I stayed there, during June, it was fairly inexpensive

Breakfast could have been better with just a few modifcations and upgrades. the food itself was excellent, but there was only one coffee machine which was very slow and the mugs would always be gone by 9am. The danish's weren't topped up or replenished and teh coffee machine would stop working after 9.30am due to coffee grinds filling up. The resort need to invest in at least another coffee machine to cope with demand. Also perhaps offering Soy/Oat/Almond milk for guests might be appriecated. No availablity of a fan for our villa, even when requested wasn't great. The lounge and bathroom area of the villas don't have a fan/airconditionings so placing even a wall mounted fan in each would seem like something that needs to be done.

The pool and beach area were outstanding as was teh parking facilities and general quality and cleaniness of the toilets/general ares. The beach was right next to the restaurant and teh resort provided beach bags/towels etc for guests. free sunloungers on the beach and areas to hose yourself down from the sand were also in excellent condition

A wonderful relaxing place, beautiful facilities, lovely rooms. Good breakfast, the staff is so friendly and helpful, always a smile on their face. We love Maenam beach for a swim or a walk. Can highly recommend this place!

Excellent location in a quiet sector of beautiful Maenam beach. The beach and sea were perfectly clean. Good sunbeds and umbrellas are provided by the hotel. The room in the main building was very well equipped and spacious, with a nice terrace. Rooms in the main building can only be reached by stairs (no elevator) and are, depending on the location of the unit, a 5 minutes walk from the beach. One small drawback was the noisy air condition fan.The hotel garden is fabulous, with lots of flora and birds. The breakfast was good too, with a choice of warm and cold dishes. All staff were very friendly and helpful, wishes and queries were dealt with promptly. The area around the hotel is almost is car-free and has several good restaurants. It is highly recommended to rent a motor scooter from one of the several businesses just outside the hotel and drive around the area or tour the island. The hotel is within walking distance from Maenam pier which is directly served from Surat Thani. All in all a very recommendable place to stay.

The breakfast could use some improvement, as it wasn't very good or fresh.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Although it's a bit older, it is exceptionally clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly. My room was spacious and comfortable. The pool and kids club were fantastic, and the beach access was a major highlight. also the cocktails and happy hour is wonderfull

So.... if you on the ground floor apartment (with the pool access) and people are in the apartment above you, you may hear the hollow foot steps (and baby running around). This was the only thing I didn't like. It did keep me awake for a few minutes.

Everything was good. It was my last night before heading home. Accommodation made me feel relaxed. Enjoyed the quick pool access from my apartment.

The hotel doesn't look super new, but that doesn't spoil it. I was given a room with two big beds even though I asked for one, but they explained that it was because I had changed the dates.

Huge rooms with wood trim. Lots of lighting customization. Nice big bathroom and shower. Delicious breakfasts right by the beach

It is a bit secluded resort, probably too quiet for me to stay a week or more, but perfect for a 2-3 days chilling. I am sure though many people do stay here for weeks and enjoy it. Resort is on a very quiet beach, so no walking on the beach late at night, there are no bars or activities there. A few restaurants, bars and 7/11 are still within walking distance, so not to worry.

This is such an amazing place to spend a few days and just to chill on the beach or at the pool. Room is very spacious with big comfy bed and all the amenities you would need! Restaurant has great food (try pad thai prawns!). Breakfast is also filling, they have salad, fresh fruits, yoghurt, variety of thai food, egg station and much more. Definitely returning some day with a companion or other friends.

Large rooms and great WiFi. Amazing staff and facilities, very helpful staff, less hassle checking in. Ability to extend, ease of renting bike and organising transfers. Good views from the infinity pool. Clean beach. Will definitely come back.

Fantastic hotel. We were cautious as it had only recently reopened and is still being renovated bit by bit but this was the best hotel we stayed at in Thailand. Spacious rooms (,we stayed in a pool villa) gorgeous decor and all the facilities you would need. Extremely comfy bed and pillows. The pool and beach are beautiful. Breakfast was fresh, flavourful and generous. There are a few beach bars close by and restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk of the hotel. Cannot wait to go back!

A bit soulless and big for my liking and the restaurant was not good. My husband had food poisoning after eating there and the breakfast was not nice. The yoghurt was sitting out in the warm room. There was no air con in the room where the food was out. I think it is a good place to stay if you don't use the restaurant!

The pool was great and the room was really big and comfortable.

Main pool was good, it had a swim up bar and happy hour lunch time and late afternoon. Comfortable room always kept clean by staff. Several restaurants near by easily reached on foot, we particularly liked the beach restaurant reached in about 3-4 minutes average meal price £22 each.

We particularly liked our room which was quite large including a generous bathroom. The room had a narrow swimming pool adjacent to the balcony area, it was clean and adequate to swim in when required. The main pool area was good with plenty of sun lounges and a clear view of the sea. Breakfast wasn’t brilliant but adequate considering the overall price of the hotel. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
