Extra cost to use the pool is the only negative I can mention here.

Nice hotel, very good located. Subway is around the corner. The breakfast is amazing and super delicious. We also liked the pool, that is partially outdoors.

-Don't know why the bathroom are super cold and using sidedoor for bathroom is weird.

-The breakfast was perfect, fruit, bread, salad, omelette, ham, cheese and yogurt. So much choice even have gulten free option. -Very well designed and cozy room. I like it. -The location is good just near the exit of the station. -Staff are very friendly.

More variety in vegan breakfast options would be great. Complimentary water in the rooms would also be good and more thorough cleaning of rooms.

The location of the property was really great, very close to station and easy to get to. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff are so friendly and welcoming cannot thank them enough for their kindness. The spa facilities were really nice and relaxing, I enjoyed my massage.

Had to change rooms- There was black mould in our room near the air conditioning vent. In addition the room has not been cleaned properly, peanuts on the floor and toilet seat dirty. However, they rectified this by upgrading us to a junior suit from the family room/standard room we had and were super accommodating and the team member of the hotel that helped us, was very apologetic about everything.

The location and the breakfast were amazing! There was an issue with our room but they rectified this very quickly and were super accommodating. They were very sorry for what happened. I would definitely return.

The light in the bathroom is very weak for shaving safely. Generally the room is not well lit up even with all lamps. Check in was time consuming having to wait in line with only 2 of 4 desk positions staffed.

A very well equipped large hotel with good facilities. Good for both business and vacation. Good location minutes from metro Skanstull.

The bread supply. Found the bread I chose rather dry and a hint it had been kept in a fridge prior to being offered.

We hated the loud music in the bar on the evening we arrived. too loud to even here what was being said to us at checkin. Bar prices very high.

Very smart busy hotel. Breakfast was fabulous with heaps of choice and very fresh. The bed was comfy but the pillows were like bricks. too heavy and too hard. Dinner was very nice with very friendly interesting service.

Parts of the room are a bit dated, chipped etc. Breakfast was very busy, difficult to find a space to sit.

A very nice hotel with large comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very good, and it's easy to get to the city centre by metro. Staff was very friendly. Next to a busy road but at least in our room it was very quiet.

I wasn't a huge fan of the location (for the price) and so I would probably stay closer to Gamla Stan next time I visit for this purpose (customer visit).

The vegan options in the restaurant for breakfast were better than I would expect from a hotel like this, but I would encourage even more options in the future :)

It is advertised that there is a pool. You have to pay to use the pool which was disappointing. Bathroom somewhat dated.

Great location close to train station. Only a few stops to Central. Great friendly staff. Especially the beautiful Mimi. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
