There is no way to turn off the cooling system in the room.

The breakfast, the direct access to the metro station, plenty of facilities around the hotel, the overall efficiency of the hotel staff.

Hotel is located at a main ring road and over a highway in and outwards. Traffic noise in the room even in the night made it necessary to use ear plugs to sleep (room was directly above outwards hwy) Breakfast is a tricky thing due to the small buffet at one side and sometimes too less waiters which clean up. Only one working coffee machine on 6/9 days, others out of order.

Clarion is a good choice to discover Stockholm due to its location in Södermalm near public metro Skanstull. All employees are super friendly, helping to relax as much as possible. Breakfast offers typical local and international food, fresh fruits and a small selection gluten-free. Really great is the elements spa with the offered types of massage - the massage experts are worth a try.

The swimming pool was shut the whole week without notice. Reception staff at check-in, breakfast same everyday,

Clean rooms, excellent housekeeping,, view from room, location next to skanstull metro station. And lastly only smiling staff in the hotel was Mimmi.

I'm very allergic to dust and I was sneezing the whole time as the windows don't open and the rooms were a bit stuffy.

The aircon in the room was very cold and they said it was the ventilator and offered a heater.

Fast check in & out. Everything as advertised. Breakfast was wonderful and they were able to cater for the large crowd

Door handle on bathroom door was loose, room was tidy but very dusty. Breakfast was overcrowded, I felt there was cross contamination of certain food which is not good if you have allergies or dietary requirements. The boiled eggs and potato’s tasted like ham even though they were not near the ham station.

Restaurant had great food and gym had good equipment, reception staff were helpful.

This is something that is nobody's fault. But one of the things we wanted to try was the Spa, and it was closed that week.

The breakfast was amazing, We were waiting for the next day only because of that. If we count with that and the personal that welcomed us to it, the experience was great. And... the beds were really comfy. It was a pleassure.

Mostly loved the location; breathtaking views from my room and very close to a metro station. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Not huge amount of variety with the dishes but it was satisfying. Would definitely recommend staying at Clarion!!

The hotel seemed understaffed. All of them, from the reception, to the breakfast to housekeeping were all doing their very best to make the guests happy. But the all had to "run" to do it, and made me feel a little uncomfortable.

We had booked a twin room but on arrival got a double room, the staff changed our room for us, but the room was smaller than what we had previously, the aircon did not work in the room and we had to arrange a fan for the room.

Location is a bit outside Stockholm, but there is a metro and bus stop outside the door. Staff are very helpful and friendly. There were so many choices for breakfast. Would recommend this hotel.

They promised to do my laundry but returned it back not done the next day!!! That’s misleading the customer! Luckily I was travelling for leisure and not work and had enough clothes.

Great location. Metro station right outside. Station has a supermarket that is open until late. Cool cafes and food joints in walking distance. Very good breakfast!

Found pillows too soft and in my room the desk was too close to the bed that’s nitpicking the hotel was full value for money would use again no problem

The bathroom needed refurbishment, especially shower and sink were rusty with the shower door not properly closing. Spa and swimming pool extra services with on top fee

Location, size of the room and cleanliness Brand new forniture would be a plus as it was a bit wore down and dirty (couch and bed): great breakfast but caotic and tight timing

Immediately given an upgraded room, the staff were amazing and the facilities were excellent. The hotel was a 30 second walk from the subway, so amazing location for tourists using the subway to get around Stockholm.
