We visited Constance Ephelias only for a couple of days but thanks to the amazing team we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The resort was beautiful maintained and had a lot of fun activities to offer. A special thank you to prabu and raphael from corossel restaurant, Hemendra and Latha from Spa. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. We were able to celebrate our engagement at Constance Ephelia. A special thanks to Dario, Sophia and Chantal who created this amazing experience for us. Restaurants booking systems isn’t working: you are able to book a La carte restaurants only in 3-4 days in advance, nobody told you about that, so you can have dinner during all you stay in basic Corossol place. They told you that all places are fully booked, but when you come to any of those places they are half empty. No clear guidance on the hotel and how all things work there, makes everything quite inconvenient, you have to explore it yourself

The facilities are expensive like the spa, meals at the snack bars around the pool are limited and expensive, the dinner in the main restaurant is expensive around 150 dollars for a couple, delaying shuttles, too much darkness around, nothing to do at evening, no parties, no events, not recommended for children.

Amazing resort with multiple swimming pools, large areas around, direct access to the beach, comfortable rooms, cleaning twice a day, high speed wifi so issue with internet, the staff are friendly, good breakfast and dinner with multiple choices, kids below 3 years old are unchangeable in the restaurants, recommend, nice stay!!

Everything was truly great. if I have to say something, probably the kids menu is the same across all restaurants and in room dining. So after 3 days, gets a bit tired of the same options.

Many beach options. Specially the north beach is a paradise. The multiple restaurants were brilliant. The place itself is like a nature sanctuary. Full of green & nature everywhere. We'll come back!

Food and meals that aren't included in the booking are super expensive, somewhat outrageous in our opinion. We had dinner one night in the Italian restaurant. The food was good, but the amount was small and wasn't worth the price.

Our room, which was the Junior Suite, was perfect! It was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and had a great private terrace out to the pool and beach. The pool and pool area were great. Plenty of chairs, beds, shade, and some fun games. The breakfast buffet was included in our booking and it was very delicious with so much to choose from! Note that the resort is HUGE! You need to walk for several minutes just to get to the entrance or the buffet and even use carts to go further around. We never even got to the other side of the resort.

We booked a room for 3 adults to accommodate our 17 year old son. Booking dot com put us all in one room which was rather cramped as they added a cot that took up all of the extra floor space. Far too many extra decorative pillows had to be stacked so made the room look way too messy, again, taking up floor space.

Our lights in the room flickered, the staff was very attentive but it was fixed only after 2 nights or so. For us the "Cyann" restaurant was overpriced. The dishes were beautiful, though small and the flavors were pretty muted.

We loved everything about the hotel and recommend it very much. The staff was very polite, helpful and nice. The north beach was amazing. We especially enjoyed the short hike inside the hotel "Ros lepa". Breakfast was amazing and so diverse. "Helios" restaurant was the best one for us out of 3 restaurants we tried for dinners. The spa was beautiful, we enjoyed our treatments there very much, and especially enjoyed the Yoga class.

Very beautiful resort with so many activities to do. We stayed in a family villa it was big, clean and comfortable with sauna room. Friendly staff all around the resort. We had a bicycles to roam around. Also they put baby bathtub, potty chair and step stool for toddler 👍🏻. Beautiful beach.

Our stay at Constance Ephelia was a dream!! We stayed for 4 nights in a Junior Suite and we just wish we could have stayed longer. We had traveled around Mahé, La Digue and Praslin and were finishing our holiday with a few relaxing nights and we were so happy we picked this resort. The resort was incredible, the suite was spacious, luxurious, and cleaned to such a high standard each day. We stayed in the South of the resort so we had 4 pools to choose from and you never had any trouble finding a sunbed which made the whole experience so relaxing, the beaches and activities were also incredible and there was always something to do. The staff were so attentive and friendly and we felt right at home. As we were celebrating our anniversary our room was upgraded on arrival which was a lovely gesture. Upon arriving at our suite we also found a bottle of wine with chocolates for us! All of the restaurants were so delightful, we managed to try 3 of them during our stay and we have to say Helios was our favorite, each and every dish just hit the mark. However in every restaurant the food was very high quality and we had a lot of good choices. As we chose HB (half board) we had breakfast and a 3 course dinner included, which we thoroughly made the most of. Special mention to the Kabana beach bar team who made our last night extra special, by setting up a table for us at sunset on the beach and even giving us our drinks and nibbles on the house. We cannot thank you enough for making this the best hotel experience we have ever received. If you’re considering staying at Constance Ephelia for your time in the Seychelles do not hesitate, IT IS PARADISE!!

I think one thing that could be improved is the night-time entertainment, after dinner, there was not much going on... We planned big days of exploring and activities so it was ok, but it would have been nice to go for a drink and a dance one night if there was some entertainment/ vibe, but the bars were a bit dead I think because there was no planned entertainement so guests would just go back to their rooms. Another thing we found out was that the tips on the dinner bill don't go to the staff... it goes to the resort. This is actually standard practice on the island. (We stayed in a boutique hotel later and it was the same). For us the staff played such a big role in our experience we wanted to make sure to tip them so it was interesting to find this out and hopefully helpful to others to know. For the hotel : I noticed that the fresh coconut water on purchase at the bar was not the one locally produced on the hotel grounds. I think the hotel could do something nice around this, maybe the option to purchase those discarted hotel coconuts but with some proceeds going to the local community or conservation efforts would be lovely. Just a thought.

We had a fabulous experience! From the lovely staff, to the superbly manicured surroundings, pristine beaches, the wide range of complimentary activities included, and even the most comfortable bed (It was so good we are on a hunt to find a similar mattress for our home!). The staff went the extra mile to ensure we had a lovely stay, especially that it was my birthday and did their best to accommodate everything to make this stay memorable. Like everything in life, we had some hiccups with the restaurant bookings on my birthday night we had requested, a week in advance, but the way the staff handled the resolution to ensure we still had a fabulous night and the night we had planned the following night with an extra beautiful experience was outstanding. A special mention as well for the chefs for beautifully accommodating my dietary requirements, being vegan makes it hard sometimes to feel that half board is worth it, I have been underwhelmed in other 5* hotels in the past.. but the standard of the food I received was top notch! The check at breakfast made me special vegan crepes and pancakes in the morning with homemade chocolate sauce which was beautiful, and I cannot even begin to describe the fabulous 5 course gastro tasting menu the chef at Cyann prepared especially for me! The team even organised a special vegan cake to be made for me and sang <3 They really made my night extra special. We also loved the staff at Kabana Beach Bar where we went to watch the stunning sunset each night, they invited us to make our own cocktails behind the bar and that was such a lovely experience! I think you can understand in my review that we were really happy with the resort and the package we booked, but it is all the extra care from the staff and special touches that made it unforgettable and a destination we would gladly go back to.
