I have really enjoyed my stay and a big thanks to the owner Jessie, who has been all the time very helpful and taking care of me. The house in creole style is very cute and cozy. My room was very clean and confortable, as well the spacious common spaces, like the living room and the spacious veranda. The breakfast has been excellent, for both quality and variety, including cofee, juice, fruits, different types of pastries, omelette, bread and marmelade. The location is very convenient, just approx 5, 7 minutes walking to the Beau Vallon beach - with many bars, takeaway and restaurants - and 1, 2 minutes walking to minimarket and two good takeaway. Indeed, the bus stop - where to take the bus to Victoria - is just in front of the entrance of the guesthouse.

The location is perfect, closed to the beach but away from the noise.Nearby many supermarkets and restaurants. The rooftop pool is really nice, the mountain view is spectacular, especially when you open the window in the morning.The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is practical and cleaned. The bathroom is really good with a big shower. The property is better than the photos.The cleaning team is very good and helpful. They have an extra room for late checks out.

The manager told us the room was overbooked on arrival without checking my name or the booking reference, but It wasn't our reservation.If I didn't say anything they would have send us next door at a very different standard property. I was told the breakfast was served from 7.00 but it was at 8.00. The breakfast team was not ready to serve breakfast even at 8.00.Every morning something was missing and needing to ask or wait.Bread was served burned to most guests and waiting time was very long.The breakfast team was not saying good morning or interacting with guests at all. I had no idea they were making eggs/ omelets until I heard someone else asking. They never asked us if we wanted anything.

Very comfortable apartments, newly build with all the facilities in the walking distance to shops, cafe, take aways and the most beautiful beach on Mahe. Exceptionally helpful and caring staff, Christine in particular. Daily cleaning, they also offer very well organised excursions. We had an absolutely amazing holiday at Royal Suites, highly recommended.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful! You can organize your whole stay, bikes, trips with Berguita's help. She's the best! The place was also very clean, big, with an amazing personal terrace, and also in a very good position. We loved everything about the place.

If you're a light sleeper like I am, keep in mind that the place is located near a school, so during the week, you'll be waken up by children's noise in the morning. However we wanted to wake up early every morning, so that was not a big inconvenience
