Good location, lovely owners. The room with spa was big enough. We stayed as a family with 2 kids. Hotel and the room were very clean. And there was very good smell. They offer their traditional drink rakija at the lobby and it was good but also strong :)

It's family owned by great hosts that take care of everything needed. You get a welcome rakija when you arrive, great tips where to go and what to do. It's next street to the famous party street Skadarlija, yet it's very quiet. I will definitely come again! 🤗

The hotel was very clean and warm. It was very close to everywhere and on a quiet street. We webt with our little baby and they provided a crib for him. In short, it was a family hotel. I would recommend.

There is a lot of noise from outside, especially during the day, but not enough to be disturbing.

The location is very good. The staff is very polite. The room is large and spacious. I liked that the cleaning was done every day. Also, the hotel and rooms smell very nice. Later, even though my friend stayed with me, they did not even charge me a fee. This made us very happy, we were respected, and we thank you for that. Even though my English wasn't very good, we got along very well and they were very polite. A reliable hotel for men/women traveling alone.

The rooms are extremely clean and you could eat off the floors. Very dated however. The hotel can use a little bit of an update.

The hotel is a little bit dated. But it is centrally located in the best part of town. You can walk everywhere and the center of town is just a few blocks away. There are also a lot of restaurants that are good around this hotel. But the best part of this hotel Are the staff. I asked for a wake up call and they did it at 4 o'clock in the morning. They even arranged a taxi for me. Great team for Shor and I am grateful for my stay.

This was a 10/10 experience. The room was great, and the service by the host was even greater! The staff helped us a lot, they booked restaurants for us (and all their recommendations were exceptional, we had some great food) and helped us guide around Belgrade. Love Dunja <3

From the moment we stepped into the entrance, we were welcomed with a sample of rakia and a city map. We were upgraded to the VIP Wellness room (with sauna) off the lobby which was large and lovely. In need of 2 additional nights, and faced with a full hotel, the staff made arrangements for us to be in a room getting ready to receive guests. It was in the basement but it served our needs perfectly. The front desk ladies were very helpful, seeing to international bus tickets, and trying for onward international train tickets from another city. They truly knew how to please guests. The apples at the front desk were delicious.

It wasn't perfect: the shower, while beautiful, had a spot where mold was starting to show up (on the step to getting inside).

The design, location and comfort were maxed out considering how much we paid for such a location. We traveled our two mid size dogs and the staff was nice to them, which I appreciated. Also pretty decent soundproofing (but not enough to keep our crazy little lady dog from her sound patrol duty at night :):) )

I got some laundry done as there are no laundromats in the area, and it was missing one small white article upon return. When I brought it up to a receptionist she said she'd look into it, but that she didn't remember my sending it along, nor seeing anything white for that matter, when in fact there were several white things. I didn't appreciate questioning the realness of my problem and shifting the blame to me by implying that I'd just lost it or never sent it. All that said, this was a small incident and my overall stay was very good.

I really appreciated the warm reception of the night receptionist and all the helpful information she provided during my stay. It was nice to come back to when I'd spent the day out. The bed was very comfortable, the AC was good, bathroom was comfortable and the decor was tasteful. The location was perfect, on a quiet street sandwiched between the bustling bohemian neighbourhood and on the other side some more "alternative" bars. And a 5 minute walk from the pedestrian street with shops and restaurants, and many buses and trams to get to wherever you want to. I was on the ground floor and even then it was raised up from the street level which gave some extra privacy.

Perfect location to be close to all the walking areas in Belgrade but still be in a quiet area. All the receptionists were knowledgeable and very helpful. We had flight issues and had to make changes to airport pickup which they quickly took care if for us. We arrived very late and they were there ready to check us in.

Can't think of anything!

The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The hotel couldn't be in a better spot with the main restaurant area just around the corner and the main pedestrianised centre just a few minutes walk away. We will definitely return to Belgrade and this is where we will stay, without a doubt.
