The room was very noisy. Windows were all closed, but there was a party or something near the hotel and I could hear everything. Elevators are not working in the morning. When I checked out (around 8:30-9am) I had to carry my luggage by stairs.

The staff very friendly and helpful. The parking spot was full of trees so the shadow was welcome for the cars. In the room, a fruit basket was waiting.

One woman from reception wasn’t really polite as she should be, but everyone else were really great. Speaking of value for money, I think 70 euros per night for 2 people in a hotel that hasn’t been renovated for at least 20 years is too much, 40-50 euros would be more related price, but all in all, we would recommend this hotel to everyone. :)

It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast didn’t have much options but the taste of everything was perfect. Parking is free and location couldn’t be better.

There was just one thing I feel should be mentioned, we weren't warned at all about a school excursion happening at the hotel. It goes without saying we don't mind kids, however we couldn't sleep at all because of the ruckus and the breakfast schedule changed which meant that we missed our breakfast... which we paid for.. just feel when there's a situation like that, please do warn the guests. We could've bought ear plugs and gotten earlier for breakfast.

I was asked to leave my passport at the reception, but asked to make copy. So the issue was fixed.

1. Location 2. The compliment from the hotel was great, we arrived at night and a plate with fruits was waiting for us in the room. 3. I don't know, but we slept there really well. 4. Good breakfast, didn't expect too much, but was surprised.

Great communication and staff very helpful. Coming from Timisoara by train the staff helped organizing the transport to Vrsac. This is worth a 9.

The location is great. In the hearth of the city. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. There are different choices for breakfast which was nice. There is a bar - restaurant which has nice drinks and some food choices.

The staff was really pleasant and the location is perfect, the heart of the city. It's amazing how you can see the entire city from the top floor of the hotel, and then some!

The parking does not belong to the hotel. The instructions at the pay machine were only in Serbian (with cyrillic letters), I had to change money just to get out of the parking.

Nice hotel in the centre of Vrsac. I was travelling to Romania so spent there only one night. Room, bathroom and wifi all ok.

Great hotel in a very center of Vršac - it's probably the tallest building in the town, so it's difficult to miss. Nice and clean interior, good restaraunt on the 1st floor, with delicious food and good beer. Room was big and cozy, with nice hottub -- great thing to relax. Breakfast is delicious.

Everything . Staff were sooooo friendly and helpful. Answered so many questions and gave me lots of advice and recommendations. They were able to help me get a reasonable priced taxi to the train station on the Romanian side. Free bicycle rental - loved riding bike around town. Central location. Great breakfast. Such a great price for the luxury of staying at a nice hotel with air conditioning, nice hot shower. And free fruit plate with very nice fruits
