The room only had one free power socket and it was too far from the bed. When I asked for an extension cord, the administrator refused to give one. I don't believe they "didn't have any". They offered me a room with a terrace, but it was dirty and contained rusty tables and construction debris. Didn't use it even once during my stay. The breakfast menu stayed the same for 3 days - could be a little bit more varied, that's a nitpick though. Also there were no microwaves to heat up the food (which goes cold fast in the cafeteria)

Breakfast was nice, I enjoyed it. Sausages, mashed eggs, yoghurt, coffee, juice, butter, toasts, salad, cheese and more. Comfy bed, nice cafeteria with no-smoking zone and a separate room for smokers. Gorgeous view on Belgrade. Nice staff, has free wifi with a decent speed. Generally quiet. The room had a desk which is important for me to work at.

You could clearly hear what was happening in the corridor. Unlike the photo on the Booking, there was no kettle and cups in the room.

The staff has excellent English, so it was very easy to check in. The breakfast was buffet style. It contained a large selection of food, worked up to 10 hours. The terrace offers a very beautiful view.

The location is not that good if you plan to go to the city centre but it is good if you only pass for a night in Belgrade. The toilet was not cleaned and the furniture is outdated.

The breakfast is great and various. The room is spacious. It is ok for 1 night.

The hotel needs some renovation, the locks are old and hard to handle, no fan in the bathroom.

The staff was truly exceptional, great service and hospitality. Breakfast was great, the view is amazing.

Only source of heating is the aircon unit, which was shoved in the corner of the room. During night it was quite cold as it could not heat the whole room.

Good location far enough for the centre to avoid traffic jams, but close enough if you want to go explore the city. Great breakfast, friendly staff.

Extremely helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble, lovely breakfast, very spacious room, our to huge dogs were welcomed at no extra charge, easy secure video parking. We will book again and highly recommend this hotel and the staff

The stairs.It was hotel with the largest number of stairs I've ever stayed in. To get in-climb up to the reception, to get to your room-climbing down a lot of stairs.Complety not for disabled persons.The personnel- we had a few bags to drag in and drag out- just simple question-can I help You with that,mister?Nope.

A very hospitable hotel with great energy. We arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. and were warmly welcomed by the friendly and cheerful staff. The room was very clean and tidy, and the breakfast had everything we needed—fresh and clean. This will be the hotel we stay at again in Belgrade.
