Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SloveniaThe hotel restaurant is located on the ground floor of the hotel. Smoking is allowed indoors, but the restaurant, as well as the breakfast room, are not physically separated. So non-smokers are left to the smoke of passionate smokers... The hotel MUST take care of its hotel guests (both in terms of rest and health...) I say that precisely because of this fact we did not dine in this restaurant, despite recommendations and previous experience... Absolutely nothing has been done in this direction (from two years ago)... The bed is comfortable but a bit flat, sunken in the places where you lie down.
We have stayed at this hotel before... A modern small hotel, everything you need in the room, clean. Parking arranged for hotel guests. There is a good restaurant in the hotel, but...

Brand new hotel. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and spacious. The balcony is a feast for smokers. The staff is extremely attentive and kind. Breakfast is good but not self-service and comes with the order. If you are traveling by car, the location is very good. It is probably easy to get to the center by public transport. It is very nice that there is a private and free parking lot. We were impressed by the kindness of the waiter who told us that the omelette we wanted for breakfast had pork in it.

The menu in the restaurant in the evening was only available in Serbian They did not make up the rooms unless you specifically asked or put a sign up. The choice of tea and coffee in the room was limited and there was no provision of milk for coffee or tea
Breakfast is al la carte which is ok but the portions are huge, it would have been good to have some form of buffet style breakfast. The restaurant in the hotel was very good in the evening also. The room was exceptionally good value for money together with a small kitchen and hot plate was very good The proximity to shops to get items was also good
