No park place upon arrival - enough to place two parking places on front of hotel? Good breakfast, but the cheflings were not warm

The crowd in the neighbourhood is quite colourful, as there is a market and a bus terminal nearby. Given that the hotel's policy don't allow guests to bring in their own food and drinks and the restaurant is closed in the evening, it would have been nice to have, for example, a large complimentary bottle of water in the room.

Spacious and clean room, complimentary spa, good breakfast with a great view. Attentive and helpful staff. Central location - all main attractions can be reached on foot. Bus to the airport stops literally in front of the hotel entrance.

Parking problems, during our stay the entire parking was occupied and we had to park in a private parking not far from the hotel, one sauna in the spa area not working

Honeslty, i can't find anything that I didn't like. Maybe smell of provided shampoo hahaha. Everything was great!

i loved it! it was absolutely perfect stay! Room was cozy and super clean, bed was super comfortable. Restaurant on the roof has view in whole Belgrade, and food was amazing! Personally I was having just breakfasts because other meels on my trip were organized, but it was huge variety of food, all fresh, with coffee, juices, tea and super nice employees! Best of all it that hotel is right above big bus station called Zeleni venac, from where you have connection to any part of the city or walking distance to City center. But even tho big bus station was below, I didn't hear a sound! Rooms are super quiet all day long!

The location near the public transport end stop and market is awful. It's noisy and there are a lot of homeless people on the way to the location.

I liked the hotel room. There was everything you need (slippers, robes, toiletries). There is g ood view of the city towards Belgrade Waterfall. Breakfast on the top floor with the same good view.

I would say, the hotel doesn't have any drawbacks for me, maybe except for one - when we arrived, the night portier came out to show the way to the parking, but he never offered any help with the suitcases for bot my wife and my daughter. This is strange and very notable. But the biggest drawback is the area - the area is AWFUL and looks like ghetto, rather then just a city district. I didn't feel safe walking around it in the evening. But it doesn't count for the hotel itself - I have nearly nothing to claim.

The hotel is ok. I had a Presidential suite on the 8th floor, which occupied the whole floor with the separate button in the elevator. The room itself is really big and I would say comfy. It's clean, it has full mini-bar, 2 WC, even a small office, fruits on the table etc. I enjoyed the stay really. The breakfast is extremely great and it is necessary to outline as well, that the kitchen makes a strict separation between pork-containing products and none - this is precious for many people, including myself. The restaurant on the 7th floor is also great for dinner, it has a splendid view and a la carte is also quite rich. The hotel also has its parking area, which is however on the opposite side of the street and stairs down the yard. But in Belgrade it is also really valuable. Nice hotel all in all.

the elevator is small and very slow.

breakfast was big and great selection of local food. youcan order your coffee from the bar without any extra charge. The location is not the best, centrally located at the main bus stops and during the night you may feel insecure, but in general Belgrade is a very safe city.

The only downside is that the hotel is in a road that is under construction but there was not really any nuisance for us.

Charges for parking 15 EUR per day is pretty much

Located not far from the main shopping street but on a main buss station. We got a back view room so we were not disturbed from the noise. We were charged 15 EUR on parking which was surprising and I would expect it to be part of service . Room was big and clean. Breakfast was good and the restaurant located on too floor with fabulous city view. Very nice hotel in total.

You have to pay to use the pool :( usually pools in hotels are free to use so we were a bit surprised when they charge 10 euro for pool use.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Good size and Comfy room. Very central location, although the street can looks slightly sketchy but it’s very safe. Us 2 girls walked back pretty late every night and we felt very safe. Breakfast was great.

Smoking is allowed inside the house, which is a huge negative surprise about Serbia in general. Luckily the hotel-room itself was smoke free, so that was ok, Have not met this anywhere in the world for ~20 years...So be prepared to smell sigarettes almost everywhere...I am allergic and asthmatic, so it was a bit of a challenge...

Everything was beyong expectations- the room was clean and bed comfortable. The spa is lovely- saunas are great surprize, as they were properly hot! Thank you so much! Best ever is the breakfast buffe, and the view from the restaurant! Just amaing! Staff is friendly, always helpful. I also bought massage- very much recommend! Location is convenient- buses go to every direction very near hotel, some of them right outside hotel door. Old town is a 10 min walk away. Would stay there again when in Serbia. All combined- unbelievable value for the money. Strongly recommend.
