Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesI’d like to thank this hotel for a great experience. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the restaurant was beautiful. The location is very convenient, the lobby is stylish, everything is clean, and the rooms are cozy and well-equipped. There’s a dark-haired young woman at the front desk — unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she is absolutely incredible. She works in the evenings and helped us so much. We needed to call the airline — she made the calls. We had various issues to sort out — she handled everything. I’m so grateful to her. She’s truly amazing and a real gem of this hotel. Also, the location couldn’t be more convenient — you step outside and you’re right at the bus stop. And once again, the breakfasts were fantastic.

The hotel is in a convenient location with bus stops right in front of the entrance, making it very easy to reach. The restaurant on the upper floor is excellent — the food is delicious and offers plenty of variety. Breakfast is served as an open buffet and is truly impressive, with a wide range of options including fried dough (pishi), pancakes, fruits, and various salads. The staff are kind, understanding, and always willing to help, which made our stay more enjoyable.

Excellent location. The place looks good and clean. The front desk staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. A very nice spa. The massage therapist was very professional and good. A very good breakfast, and also the lunches in the restaurant on the 7th floor were tasty.
