“We were travelling throughout Europe and staying mainly in large 'hotel chains' and decided that we'd go for something different for our stay in Zurich. The room was huge with a compact shower room and separate WC. Breakfast was available (for an extra cost) at the bistro downstairs and was excellent. If you want something different then this is for you. We stayed in the room known as 'Josephine'.”

He made us feel very welcome & made time inspite of having knocked off work to give us little tidbits of information which were very helpful & put us very much at ease. He's certainly an asset to the hotel. It also helped that there was a 24 hour reception service & that messages to the hotel were responder to promptly. They were also very attentive tp our requests”
