- Room was surprisingly small - Sheets had a hole (probably a tear from washing but still it should be checked)

- Everything was clean - Wifi was great - TV had a chromecast so it was grate to be able to watch anything I want - Breakfast was amazing and staff was wonderful - Bed is super comfortable and warm - Room has all the amenities you need as a traveler - Coffee and fruit in the room were cherry on top! - Location is perfect and you can walk everywhere from there

The only thing was that I couldn’t get an earlier check in as they were fully booked the night before. Totally understandable, as it’s an excellent hotel, but it was exhausting waiting for the room to be ready at check in time after an 11 hour flight.

Loved this hotel! The location was excellent, the room was beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly. I would highly recommend and would definitely book this hotel again.

We had two spiders on the ceiling just above our bed, one little and one quite large, which spoiled the experience unfortunately.

Nice style, very friendly staff with perfect English, good location. Great minibar selection in the rooms, good shower. Great breakfast with omelette of your choice cooked and selection of local cheeses.

I have liked everithing!

Its been a great expirience staying in this small but very cozy and nice city hotel. I loved everything about it since my early check in till late check out. The personal at reception was incredible kind and helpful without any terms and conditions I got checked in early morning, and my room was great clean and with all necessary facilities. None has disturbed me at all, with unnecesary services or etc.. 30 seconds from Bahnhofstrasse made my experience even more great. I will definitely come back here!

Everything was excellent

Just wow. Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at, and I travel a lot. The rooms are small but super cozy and have every little detail that you could possibly need - including small things like a towel warmer that came in very handy to dry my cloth after a rainy Zurich day. The staff all go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. It looks like they take pride in the quality of their work. The breakfast is impeccable. Book now!

The hotel was in a perfect location close to all shopping including grocery store almost next door and shopping centres. Perfect in every way.

All good except for the mattress protectors they use under the mattress sheet....made one sweat a lot at night as they are very 'plasticky'. All hotels use mattress protectors however this is the first time I have slept on such a material. At first I thought I was the duvet but then realised it wasn't.

Great location, perfect actually. Excellent food (breakfast and lunch), and very clean. I would stay here again.
