Bed was hard, area is quite on evenings/weekends but construction works outside the hotel started early and were loud.

Automatic hotel was easy to check in, hotel was very clean, water pressure in the shower was impressive!

No warning that European power plugs don't work in Switzerland and no staff to assist. Taken together, these points meant we couldn't charge devices.

Self check in didn’t work so we had to wait for apx 1h before we got our keys (we weren’t the only one who struggled), also configuration of the bathroom is really bad (first shower and then toilet - only separated with short curtains so the floor was wet all the time when you go on a toilet)

It would have been good to see at least one person in charge of this hotel and not just screens. The shower was broken. The absence of brush for the toilets is a problem. Not having any table or little furniture for storing clothes was not practical at all.

There was space in the room. The place was quite close to the city center and near a pleasant river. The registration was easy.

There seemed to be an issue with locking the room door while leaving (I had to use quite a lot of strength to shut the door, otherwise it would stay open).

Location was convenient, right next to Zürich Wipkingen station (with a direct train connection to the airport).

The thing the I don’t like in the property is that there no table in the room, not even a chair, so you have to place all your staffs on the floor, if you have food, you need to put it on the floor, so, very bad this part. And the other bad part is the old floor that makes noise when you walk.

The property is good. Even if it is an old building it was comfortable and well warmed, what is important in a cold city as Zurich. The only thing about the building is the the floor do a lot of noising when you walking.

I see hairs and dirts in the bathroom and that was the thing that made me a bit uncomfortable. And also the water pressure in the shower is so strong that it kinda hurts my body. I suggest using those shower heads that can more easily adjust the water pressure.

The location was relatively convenient. There’s a train station literally right next to it and it’s just a few minutes away from another tram station.

Room and bathroom was very small and the wall very thin, you could hear other guests in the hall and stairway. When we checked in, the system asked us to enter my last name (I did the booking) but in the end, we had to try several different combinations until we finally got our room key with the first name of my guest. Unnecessarily confusing! Improve your API between booking and easyhotel, please.

The location was just outside the city center and public transportation was easily accessible.

The room wasn't very clean, the sink was clogged all the time. But since we didn't stay in the hotel much, it was a good choice because of the good price and location

The noise of the trains is a bit annoying, but what I didn't like more was the absence of forniture in the room where to put the luggages or the clothes, there was only one towel for the shower and none for hands/face and no hands soap. Also a kattle would be useful, but there wasn't any.

The location was 30 minutes from the center, well connected by trains and trams. The possibility to use the lockers is very useful. There is a tv in the room

The mattress was too soft and was uncomfortable. Also, there was no table and chair in the room. There were couple of hangers and hooks bolted on the wall. There are vending machines dispensing hot drinks and snacks but don't bother the coffee tastes awful. The check in system is computerised and it wouldn't let you even add your details and get the card before 3 pm.

Location was good just a stop away from the city centre or a 10 min bus ride. There were a few supermarkets and decent cafes and restaurants with in walking distance. The mainline station is literally outside the hotel. There are lockers at the property that let you keep your luggage if you are there early or have flight later than the check out time.

Very compact room, washroom are too tiny and wash basin in bedroom, also even its high tech hotel but there should be customer support on call I mean easy call thru exchange just press 0 not mobile call.
