  • Cinqueterre Behind Review score: 9

“I was really impressed with the accommodation. It was situated in a traditional Italian apartment block on a quiet street, incredibly handy for the train station and a 7/10 minute walk into the main town center where you find all the restaurants and shops. The room itself was a great size and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was also beautiful and spacious. Great powerful rain shower. The room had everything I needed, a security safe, fridge, coffee machine etc. It also had a lovely balcony with table and chairs. It was all perfect! As a solo traveler I felt very safe there.”

  • “The location is amazing. Private main entrance around the back. The room window overlooking a main street so didn't feel isolated. Communal kitchen with cooking facilities and a fridge freezer.”

  • casa di amici Review score: 8

“Lovely room with doors opening onto the patio. The host was very friendly and even though we had to chat via translation app we communicated well. No shops or restaurants nearby so she did give me a sandwich that night as I was starving. She also kindly drove up the very steep hill to the start of the start of the via Francigena”
