Amazing, probably the best accomodation we had in italy. Sadly we couldnt use the pool. But it felt like a tuscan-dream. Most lovely staff! We felt very welcome and very at home! Would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the full „il giuncheto“ experience!

The property was incredibly beautiful and peaceful. The location was easy to get and great for experiencing Tuscany’s countryside. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and tentative. The breakfast each morning was terrific. We highly recommend this stay and look forward to returning.

Everything was amazing

Absolutely beautiful property in a lovely location. Our room was very spacious with multiple windows looking out onto the countryside. The staff were friendly and the food was some of the best we had on our trip. We highly recommend their restaurant. You order ahead of time and they have it ready for you in a beautiful farmhouse setting. Prices were very reasonable. Don’t miss the aubergine parmigiana! I will dream about that dish.

Beautiful location. Top notch facilities. Close to many of the most picturesque spots in Tuscany! The food was so excellent. We had the best breakfast and most delicious dinner two nights in a row. It was some of the best Italian food we had on our whole trip. This family is so gracious and are excellent hosts!!

Il Giuncheto was everything we imagined our ideal stay in Tuscany would be. Open spaces, well maintained, perfect location. Rustic- farm style ( ex stables), but with modern finishings. Large rooms, very comfortable beds, great bathroom and amazing shower with steam jets and sauna features. Great views, peaceful, sunrises over the hills. Large Infiniti pool, comfortable loungers under umbrellas. You can either eat in the farm house or outside on the patio in the fresh air. Grape vines, olive and chestnut trees, fruit trees, rosemary, lavender and a family of wild boars. Ideal venue for a family celebration ( wedding), romantic get away or family travelling together.

The breakfast service was amazing with fresh local meats, cheeses, baked goods, juices, coffee/tea service, served outside with a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Domenico was very helpful with local restaurant and winery recommendations. The property was beautiful!

Enchanting, idyllic, magical. The most romantic place we’ve ever stayed and we travel lots and are approaching 70. Dom and his mom Angela are an absolute delight. Rustic charm, modern conveniences, superb breakfast. You owe it to yourself to visit.

Everything is absolutely perfect! Domenico and Angela were so nice and welcoming, we feel so comfortable during our entire stay. Angela also cooks amazing food, we enjoyed our dinner every night on site during our stay, every dish and dessert taste so delicious and comfy. One thing which makes this hotel one of the best places we stayed during our 4-city family vacation is the vibe, nothing we experienced at this hotel makes us feel commercialized or touristy (even though we are tourists☺️), all we felt is calm, relaxed, and welcomed! We will definitely be back!!!

Private & quiet location well positioned for days trips by car to surrounding areas. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We ate lunch and dinner here almost every day of our stay and it was some of the best food we had across Verona, Garda, Florence & Naples so eat here during your stay! The food was so good we had to do the cooking class with Angela and would recommend. Breakfast was delightful! The rooms are spacious and well equipped - smart TV & mini fridge. The pool was fantastic and we loved the way tables & loungers were set up by room colour. Bike rental and horse riding is also offered with recommendations of local wineries to tour. All in all a very relaxing place that was the stand out from our honeymoon trip across Italy. We hope to be back soon!

Wow, I can't think of anything at all that we didn't like. Maybe the fact that we had to leave....

This place was absolutely amazing! Everything from the stone building with the stylishly decorated rooms (we stayed in the spacious Rosa Blu, which was great for our family of 3), the wonderful terrace for meals, the infinity pool, and the beautiful views, to the friendly and warm hosts/owners to the amazing food was more than we expected. Domenico was a great host and his mother, a wonderfully friendly and amazing cook. The included breakfast was so fresh and tasty. We had dinner there 4 out of the 5 nights of our stay and each meal was so delicious and reasonably priced. They also arranged a horseback riding excursion for us there which was fun. You really need to have a car there, so you can explore the many hill towns in the area which are all around 30-40 minutes away at the most (Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Castiglione d'Orcia to name just a few). The grounds and rooms are very secure. The property is only open to guests and there are only 5 rooms so we actually had the terrace and pool to ourselves at times. We hope we can return again one day.

As it is in a remote area, consider that you need at least 30 minutes driving to go anywhere.

Great staff and really charming hotel. The swimming pool offers the perfect spot to rest and enjoy the view. Breakfast offered plenty of choices and dinner at the hotel is totally worth it. The hotel only has a handful of rooms so it has a boutique type of atmosphere.

Everything was beyond expectations. Immaculate room/bathroom which is so important. The breakfast which included eggs as ordered and fresh squeezed juice (I had apple,carrot and ginger) was the best I had in my time in Italy. I was in Italy for 2 months and stayed at 13 places so that says a lot. The lunches and dinner which are always made fresh was also among my top 3 favorite places to eat. I ate in the garden every meal. Beautiful location. They were so accommodating. They couldn’t have tried any harder. There are only 5 rooms so very personable. Just the friendliest nicest people to top it all off. Dont hesitate.

Domenico, his mom and staff were always attentive and always very accommodating! There was always fresh bread, meats, eggs, cheeses, juices, coffee at breakfast in a relaxing beautiful outdoor veranda. We had a very nice time and would highly recommend for a relaxing stay in Tuscany! The property itself was even better than the pictures on Booking.com. Grazie Mille Domenico for a fantastic stay!

The beauty and tranquillity of this place is unreal! Every single detail about it was AMAZING! the infinity pool area, the beautifully furnished, super comfortable and clean room, the restaurant terrace overlooking a dreamy Tuscan view, and it’s super delicious food (my boyfriend is an Italian private chef -he knows his food- and even he loved each dish we had during our stay), the super welcoming hosts (domenico his mum and uncle are all very kind, friendly and professional). Unbelievably relaxing! Me and my boyfriend stayed there for two night, we wished we could’ve stayed longer! Thanks so much Domenico, you’re the best host ever. We can’t wait to be back as soon as we can! ♥️

Il Giuncheto is a dream. Beautiful, immaculately clean suites. Phenomenal food - both breakfast and dinner - by Chef Angela. Superb service by Angela, Gaga and Domenico. Perfect location for daytripping to Montalcino, Arezzo, Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza and even further afield. We loved everything about our stay!

Everything was perfect.

Everthing was so good. Francesca and Dominico were really nice. We were there for three days, enjoying in all the adventures of Tuscany. The breakfast was ok, but the dinner prepared by Francesca was even better. The room was very big and you could really relax by the pool.

Our host Dominico was super! The property was very clean. The room was very large with very comfortable beds and a great bathroom. The property was exactly what we were looking for in a relaxing country retreat. Amazing!
