Nicely furnished, very clean. Perfect location. Quiet neighborhood. Host was super communicative and helpful and even helped us get a taxi to the train station. (Super hard to do in Siena.

The property was perfectly appointed with everything one needs to feel comfortable. Maurizio was very attentive and kind, and gave perfect directions and suggestions to make the stay enjoyable. There were plenty of choices and delicious coffee for a light breakfast, and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

I need to get real nitpicky because everything was so great but the breakfast could use a bit more diversity in the food. But it was still delicious!

we had such an amazing time there we were really sad we only stayed for one night. Mauricio is such a gracious person and a fantastic host who was ready to help with everything. The location is great (5 minutes away from the center square and 10 from the cathedral). The room is clean and everything is design in such a nice way.

The location was amazing and Maurizio went out of his way to send videos to ensure we made it safely as well as tons of recommendations. The homemade pastries were delicious and the fridge was stocked with plenty of snacks, including cheese and non- dairy creamer which I appreciated. This B&B was our favorite out of 4 places we stayed throughout our trip. The bed also was extremely comfortable! We went to a larger hotel in another city after this one and immediately regretted not staying at this B&B longer as it was the best stay!

What an amazing find! A perfect location and space with everything you could need. The shot was extremely helpful, send video instructions of how to arrive by car and provided us with a permit for the car and how to find the garage. Would definitely come back here to stay

Great location! So quiet! I’m a light sleeper and there was a party in the courtyard behind the unit, I did not hear a thing!! Very comfy and lots of perks like plenty of snacks. The hosts are amazing!

Perfect location and perfect host. Maurizio gave us great tips on what to see and where to eat. Lovely apartment with nice and happy rooms right in the center of Siena 👌 We even got the owners home made cake and biscuits every day🙏 We hope to come back some day again.

This was literally the best accommodation of my life. The room was spacious, so well decorated and with a super comfortable bed. The shower had led lights and don’t even get me started with my own private breakfast experience at the private balcony 😍 on top of all of that, the food available for breakfast was a delight (literally had the best carrot cake of my life). As if this alone wasn’t enough already, I became great friends with the BEST host I’ve ever met. Maurizio went above and beyond for me as his guests. He sent me so many videos, messages and audios via WhatsApp explaining in detail how and where to park my car, how to open the doors with his keys, how to use the coffee machine and many more. I’d like to stress out that all of these details are often things that aren’t necessarily and that hosts generally don’t do. Maurizio did so so much even though he trully didn’t have to! Showing his upmost commitment in making his guests feel comfortable and being available at any time. Just staying here for one night and meeting Maurizio was enough to make me want to return to Sienna, I completely and utterly felt at home away from home. If I could rate this place and 11/10 I would. Thank you once more my dearest friend Maurizio, may we meet again. ❤️

Fonte Gaia Experience is close to everything, clean, quiet and comfortable. The owner, Maurizio, is super helpful, friendly and an all-around amazing host. We thoroughly enjoyed our five night stay and will definitely book the place again next time we’re in Siena.

First of all, would like to compliment the host - Maurizio was incredible. My daughter said he was the nicest person in Italy =) He helped us so much, with the car, the bags and recommendations. The b&b is super cute and very well located. There was also some food in the fridge for us so all in all absolutely fantastic experience. Would love to stay there again and will recommend it to all my friends!
