“It is located in the lively part of Venice. A few minutes walk to San Marco, Rialto. The apartment is spacious with well equipped kitchen. The host is friendly and reacts very quick with our request.”
“The apartment is spacious and divided into three levels: one with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Few steps down are leading into the living area, and the kitchen is located at the third level - at the bottom of property. You can access a small patio from the kitchen and there is also a tiny balcony at bedroom level. Great area in proximity of San Marco, but you will be able to witness local life of the neighborhood. There are two grocery shops nearby, café-bar, and a great bakery.
The bed was very comfy, sheets were clean, so were towels. There were also mosquito repellents.”

“We had an exceptional experience- the room was huge and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom and a view onto the vineyard. The building has been superbly restored and the property was easy to find, with lots of covered parking.
We felt very welcomed by the family and we enjoyed a fabulous meal in the restaurant, accompanied by estate produced wine, which you can also buy. Be sure to reserve a table in advance. Breakfast the following day was equally wonderful, and the cakes were delicious.”
“This property was perfect in every way! We liked everything about it…from the location to the top-notch customer service to the everything! The apartment was absolutely stunning - modern - meticulously clean - well equipped - and stocked with a starter kit of coffee and tea! We were greeted by Jacobo - our ever so friendly host - and the communications we received prior to our arrival made check-in super easy. The palazzo is located at the cross roads of canals, and we enjoyed our morning coffee in the garden looking over the canal, and our evening wine also! The bed was super comfortable and we felt this stay was incredible value for money! We loved this stay….genuinely! It made our Venezia vacation absolutely perfect!”
