Nothing we didn’t like.

The property was spotlessly clean, classique yet modern, very tastefully decorated. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Washing machine was a huge bonus. Special mention for Elisabetta and Massimo who both came to welcome us at the jetty. Clear instructions were given on how to get to the property… which was very helpful as it was our first time to Venice and we were very nervous about taking the vaporetto. Saved us from paying for the expensive water taxi. She responded very quickly when we needed recommendations on how to get around Venice and organised a reliable water taxi for an early morning trip to the airport for our departure. Loved our stay. Best accommodation for our Italy trip.

Our hostess is very kind and helpful. She always answered promptly and provided lots of information. The appointment is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with all kinds of devices. Snacks, cookies and even a bottle of champagne were provided. We had a wonderful time in Venice.

Everything was excellent!

The apartment was much larger than expected. Tastefully decorated - beautiful furnishings. Welcoming entryway. Full kitchen. Large bathroom. Large bedroom with loads of storage. Apartment is in a very secure and quiet building in a very safe neighborhood. Short walk to water taxi and grocery store. Host provided some unexpected extra treats/amenities! Nice touches everywhere! We had some rain during our stay and the provided umbrellas were priceless!

The shower could be a little bigger.

Host’s helpfulness and generosity. Cleanliness. Comfortable. The welcome Prosecco, Murano shortbread, range and quality of breakfast items, and all the “little” extras like Illy coffee capsules, plenty of shower gel, dishwasher capsules, laundry liquid and TV services.

The mattresses in Europe tend to be very firm. The mattress on the pull out bed and bedroom were no exception.

Beautiful apartment well appointed and spotless. Our hosts greeted us at the water taxi stop. We walked 1-2 minutes to their apartment, where they oriented us to the surroundings. They made everything simple and enjoyable. I would stay with them again.

Prior to arrival Elisabetta was in touch with us to guide us promptly. Day of arrival Elisabetta & Massimo met us at the Celestia port stop, which is only 1min walk to the apartment. Even gave us a hand with the luggages. Explained well all what we need to know about the apartment. It’s a great apartment in lovely quiet area with all the amenities you need. Felt just like at home. After sightseeing all day it’s a perfect place to come & relax. Nice touch of Prosecco & well thought of lovely Easter Egg which made our Kids extra happy. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, kitchen with all the utensils if you want to make food & steady fast Wi-Fi. Overall great experience & happily recommend.

The room is so clean and the host,Elisabetta is such a nice and kind person. I feel comfortable like staying at home. The flat is just 15 minutes walking distance from rialto bridge and san marco plaza. It is so nice to wake up in the morning hearing bell of church nearby.

Met at the property by Elisabetta and Massimo who messaged us on the day before arrival as well as during our stay to make sure everything was OK. Lovely apartment in a quiet area, very convenient for the Celestia vaporetto stop (50m), but still easy to get to St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge as well as being close to excellent local restaurants. The Prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch, as well as supplying breakfast bits if we wanted to have them. Very comfortable bed, wi-fi worked without any problems

It is without doubt one of the best places in Venice to stay because the appartment offers you a lot of comfort, everything you need is there and in every detail it is clear that Elisabetta and Massimo take care for their guests (as welcome you will find a few nice local products as well), because the appartment is located in a beautiful and very quiet part of Venice (Costello) and is close to the Arsenale and Giardini (Biënnale!) as well as close to several nice Italian restaurants and an excellent supermarket and 2 bakeries. In addition to this we would like to thank the hospitality of the hosts. Very good: kind and professional.

nothing. we loved everything

We have loved absolutely everything about our stay in this beautiful apartment. Communication was very easy with Elisabetta already before our arrival. She was available for all questions. Upon arrival, we were personally greeted at the vaporetto stop (just a few meters away from the apartment) by Elisabetta and Massimo, the wonderfully kind owners who would spare no effort to make their guests stay unforgettable (Massimo even made us restaurant reservations). We walked together to the apartment which is wonderfully decorated, with love and care, impeccably clean and very comfortable. We were really touched by all the nice attention they prepared for us (Prosecco, breakfast sweets, coffee). The apartment had everything we needed. It’s very well situated. close to a vaporetto stop and also at a short walking distance from the centre, yet in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood where you do not notice the presence of noisy tourists. All in all this was one of the best of our stays and Elisabetta and Massimo are certainly one of our best hosts, their kindness and hospitality are truly exceptional. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It is close to Celestia's port, making it super convenient to travel from the airport. We can also take direct water buses to the venue of the Biennale Venezia Cinema, and 10 minute walk away from the Arsenale art exhibition area. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookery, pots, and plates. The hosts even prepared snacks and coffee capsules for us. We were able to cook ourselves. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher. The shower works great and is very clean. We very much enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay here if we come back again.:)

One of the kindest hosts! The accommodation is lovely, conveniently located near all of the beautiful sights, and only a 20-minute walk to San Marco. The apartment is spacious with lovely finishes, and the neighborhood is extremely quiet. A place where you can feel good and unwind. And Elisabetta and Masimo are amazing! They helped us with everything we required and stayed in touch with us for relevant info. We will return with the utmost affection!

Tutto. The flat is beautiful, the bed was very comfortable and the location near to the wate r taxi (vaporetto) was great. Elisabetta and Massimo were perfect hosts and were so helpful in giving advice on where to visit. They had thought of everything, providing water, prosecco, and breakfast snacks. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped with coffee machine, juicer and blender. A lovely stay.
