This exception apartment exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful and finished to the highest standard with everything you could possibly need and more, yet still preserving all the traditional charm of and era gone by and staying true to Venice. There was more than enough space for our family of 5. The bedrooms are huge. All beds were extremely comfortable. Both bathrooms were beautiful. The terrace balcony on the top floor was gorgeous. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Our host was amazing and very helpful with booking private water taxi from the airport and giving detailed information about our stay. Perfect location! The location could not have been better. Everything was within easy walking distance. There is also a beautiful bakery / coffee shop right next to the front door. We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again for our next trip to Venice.

The apartment is located on the top two floors of an older property. The stairs are steep and irregular, which can be a challenge for older visitors with mobility issues. The host informed me prior to renting that there were stairs, however, I didn't realize they would be so challenging. Just be sure before booking that everyone in your party can manage steep stairs.

The host met us on the street, anticipating that we may have difficulty locating the door and concerned that we had bags and other things. He spent a lot of his time helping us settle into the apartment and provided some restaurant recommendations. Overall, the handover couldn't have gone better. The apartment itself is well-appointed, clean and spacious. The location is perfect for touring Venice while still retaining the possibility to pop back to the flat in the afternoon. And don't miss the bakery next door -- everything we had there was delicious.

The host was helpful on arrival giving us great instructions on how to transfer from airport to accommodation. The property was very clean and spacious. Two large showers and the beds were comfortable. Great location everything was close within walking distance. Highly recommend this accommodation.

This apartment is absolutely stunning. In an historic building above a bakery you feel like you’re transported back in time. The owner made it very easy to find and was incredibly accommodating with questions. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment.

Lovely property perfect for two couples. Modern clean bathrooms and kitchen and fabulous location right over a patisserie and in the thick of things including restaurants and bars. What sets a property apart is the little things such as the welcome from the host, the lovely supply of adequate glasses, stylish plates and cups and even a nespresso machine and pods. All showing a generosity of spirit! There are steps up to the apartment but as we were told you are in Venice! And Antonello met us to carry our suitcases up. Getting them down was easy.

Antonello was amazing! He went above and beyond to welcome us to the beautiful city of Venice and helped us continually throughout our stay with any questions we had about the area. His apartment was a gem, with the perfect location and nicest accommodations. Highly recommend!

This is the nature of Venice. If you are physically incapable of carrying suitcases up or down steps, this may pose a challenge.

The apartment was in a great location, just minutes from San Marco Square. The host, Antonello, was a real gem. He helped carry our bags up the stairs and gave us tips on restaurants and directions on the vaparetto. The facilities in the apartment were very modern and well kept. As a bonus, there is a great bakery downstairs, making breakfast a breeze. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Perhaps some soap and conditioner in the showers would be useful but really there was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

The location was perfect, so central to everything, the apartment was fabulous, very comfortable, clean and well equipped with great air con, 2 modern bathrooms, and the host Antonello could not have been more responsive and accommodating (even replying to a request at 1am!) - a truly delightful man.

Communication from host was excellent. Apartment is in a great location less than 5 minutes walk from San Zaccaria Water Bus station and the main St Marco square.. The apartment is spotless with quality furnishings and excellent bathrooms.

Everything was great. Antonello gave us directions, met us at the property, gave us instructions and we enjoyed our stay. We did not experience any problems. The smells from the bakery downstairs were lovely. Our group had six people, my wife and I and 4 kids 17-20 years old. Everyone loved it. The location is good, although I am not sure what a bad location is in Venice.

The property was absolutely perfect for our family of 5!! The location was great for walking all over Venice. The beds were amazingly comfortable (even the pull out that my kids slept on was comfortable). Anyonello was so kind…he met us at the property early so that we could drop off luggage. He gave some great suggestions on places to eat as well. The is a lovely bakery downstairs which fills the apartment with the most delightful smell. Would absolutely stay here again in future trips!
