“Alfonso is great, kept in touch from the week before our stay and messaged all day up to check in, even met us from the water taxi and took us to the apartment, great service and lovely apartment.”
“It’s very clean and spacious and comes with all you need. If you’re visiting Venecia it’s about 20min bus number 2 which stops right next to the property. Owner was very easy to deal with and super simple self checkin/out.”
“The host Giacomo made contact with us via WhatsApp the day prior to arrival to give us instructions for arrival. Check in time is 15:00 but due to flight timing, we arrived early at 13:30 and were pleasantly surprised to be told by Giacomo the apartment was ready. The apartment we chose had a balcony and it was clean and more spacious than I expected. It had a well equipped kitchen / living room, bedroom and bathroom with shower. Located across from Mestre train station for easy access to Venice and five minutes walk from the coach service to Marco Polo airport, we couldn't have had a better location. There is a large supermarket called Ali's two minutes walk down the street. The host was easily contactable via WhatsApp if needed throughout our stay.”

“The location is beautiful close to wineries. We especially enjoyed the spacious, stylish rooms, the breakfast and the natural pool.
There are spacious common areas. Air conditioning in the room worked well and was silent. Bed was comfortable.”
“Location: 1 min to St.Marco plaza, next to Zulian church.
The host, Serena, was so no nice and help us in advance with all info about transportation between airport and Rialto bus station, including QR codes needed to acces Venice during the weekends. She also met us at Vaporetto bus station Rialto (bus no.2) and guide us to find the location. She made us an overview of what we can do and what we can see during our stay.
The apartment is very large, clean with 2 bathrooms and a completed equiped kitchen. The matrimonial bed and pillows are very comfortable.
The apartment is at 2nd floor with no elevator. If you have big luggages or you are tired, it's a bit challanging...”
“Christina our host was super - always very friendly and efficient - nothing was too much trouble!”
“It has its own underground garage, the building is very new, modern, the staff is very friendly, they speak english. Also there was no problem as we had a dog.”
