“The staff was wonderful. They upgraded our room to a large canal view room and had it ready for us to check in 2 hours early. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, just a short distance from the end of the People Mover. The breakfast was very good. Having outside tables overlooking the Grand Canal was good for breakfast and for a glass of wine in the evening.”

I managed to book the wrong travel dates and the team (grazie Stefano!) went above and beyond to try and accommodate us and modify the booking.. We couldn’t have asked for more and highly recommend.”
