The most magical villa!!! I stayed for a birthday trip and the villa was definitely my highlight. Staff are so kind and amazing (shout out to David!) and the food is delicious. Not to mention the grounds of the property… truly a magical stay. Definitely recommend.

Neither of these things are a deal breaker at all, but since it was a little chilly when we were there, and since the pool is unheated, we were unfortunately not able to use it. You do need a car if you're visiting here, the bus is a little far away and unreliable, and taxis are expensive.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Loved the history of the place. I thought it might be a little old, but they have done a great job with modernizing it while keeping the charm. The food was great, perhaps a little pricey but very seasonable and fresh. The knowledge of local wines and the wine parings were great. Would Highly recommend this place to anyone

The Hotel is amazing with a great location if you wanna explore Verona. Even tho the Hotel is tailored more for adults, the personnel was amazing with our little one year old and in general it was a great service.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The dinner and breakfast were both excellent. The Villa itself is beautiful, and the grounds are stunning. Highly recommended for any occasion, whether it's a romantic getaway or a business meeting.

The Hotel Villa Giona is a gorgeous property. The super friendly staff made our short stay very memorable. We would definitely go back. The rooms are rather simple, but nice. Price/quality is high. They really made a tremendous effort to make our stay wonderful. Highly recommended!

The evening meal was very basic. I would walk into the nearby town for food.

The property was beautiful, the owner and his staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable of the local area. The breakfast was excellent. The wine tasting experience was excellent and educational.

Host is really warm welcome with Prosecco. We feel relax and super comfortable staying here. The villa building is also beautiful, elegant and charming with real wood. The area is surround with natural big pine trees, grape and lemon tree. We love this hotel and hope to come back again.

An experience to remember. Loved absolutely everything. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived and every member of staff we had contact took the time to talk to us and could not have been more pleasant. The hotel setting was magical, with amazingly well manicured gardens. Lots of places to sit both inside and outside. The pool was a great addition and set away from the villa. We had an excellent dinner, with wine from the vineyards on their property. Truly enchanting. The villa itself has so much history and was a delight. As for the breakfast .... an amazing spread. They had really thought of everything. We tried to book for our return journey but, unfortunately, they are closed for the winter by then. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Fabulous Villa, romantic setting, wonderful wines & exceptional friendly staff. Anyone looking for a few day’s chilling, enjoying the climate in the heart of Valpolicella will be delighted with their stay here. We will return as soon as we can.

Excellent Italian villa / palace that makes you travel back in time and have a taste of how the Italian aristocracy must have lived like before. Beautiful architecture, gardens and relaxing swimming pool. Very friendly and familiar staff.
