“The staff were great. We had a couple of very minor issues which were fixed very quickly, yet they still upgraded our room to make up for it. The hotel is amazing value for money and definitely higher calibre than 3* - we stayed in the Suite with Spa bath. Tallest building and therefore the best panoramic views of Sacred Valley.”

Simple, but not very big breakfast available nearby in house over the river (bread, 1 egg, jam, fruit, coffee, tea). Also provided us small pack with fruits instead of breakfast when we were going on trip early in the morning.
There is mostly noone available at the house, but you can contact them via WhatsApp, speaking only Spanish.”
