“Beautiful redecorated hotel at great location in Zermatt
Beautiful dinning room lobby area . Nice rooms.
Too bad still bathtub to shower. Bad choice after redesign. Room and bathroom design nice to see . But not practical. Architects should spend some time in a hotel themselves. Not behind drawing program”
“Breakfast was good continental.
Chap on reception was excellent, really friendly, changed our tv straightaway, with a smile and a nice attitude when we couldn't get it to work.
He also asked how our day had been, excellent customer skills.
We ate in the hotel restaurant, again excellent service, food was nice, but for a British person expensive. That's not the fault of the hotel, it's how Switzerland is.”
“Checkin was easy, the lockers locked using the keycard, wifi was great. It’s in a great location and at a great price. The bunk was comfy, there’s like three different supermarkets nearby, just super great.”

“The train station is literally just outside the door. Can't beat the location if you are going into Zermatt.”
“Super good location, 5 minutes walk from Zermatt Station, with a lot of eatery nearby. Breakfast was good with well selected food. Room was bigger than expectation, the mattress was ok, however the pillow was too soft, hard to support your neck.”

The location is very close to the railway station and within easy walking distance to the main street. The room was large and clean with a balcony with some views to the Matterhorn.The bed was very comfortable. A lift is available for easy access to rooms. There is a lovely breakfast room and breakfast available at no additional cost. Also late checkout. Loved this accommodation and friendly staff”
