We didn't stay long enough to enjoy the pool and spa or have dinner in the very cute restaurant!

Charming hotel, excellent location (short walk from train), beautifully decorated. Our room was large, comfortable, clean, excellent view of the Matterhorn. Wood burning stove added to the vibe. Dyson hairdryer and all the latest streaming/casting/charging tech always a plus. Room service was delicious! We will return.

The hotel was 2 minutes walk from the train station and surrounded by shops and cafes. The hotel had an International restaurant and a more traditional restaurant with fondue options. There was also a bar that we could use after a day of walking and exploring. A very generous breakfast was provided with all the expected hot and cold options. Our room had a balcony with an awesome view of The Matterhorn especially in the early morning light.

Beatiful single (?) room with balcony*, but it would be of greater value if the bed was smaller and a table and chair were added**, what also allows for more room to go around the bed. If the room is intended for 2 people - as it seemed to me - it would be way too small, especially for winter tourists coming with all the winter gear, to a hotel of that category. *Thanks for fulfilling my wish! **I needed to work and used your cozy open facilities but I needed the privacy of a room. The chairs at the restaurant are really low :-)

Beatiful and comfy place. Reception and restaurant staff are very friendly and professional, making you feel really welcome. Excellent room servicing. Beatiful room with balcony and view. The food was way better than expected!. Great gastronomic experience. A restaurant to go even if you don't stay at the hotel. Excellent place. Definitely to book there again.

Proximity to train station is very convenient. Food on the property was excellent, including the breakfast which was included in our reservation. Front desk staff was incredibly kind/helpful and gave us great recommendations for hikes based on our preferences. View of the Matterhorn was surreal. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet

Our only complaint, was that the shower stall is super, SUPER slippy. While using the body wash, I took a bad fall from the suds on the floor. The handicap bar that is installed is also super smooth and slippery. When I mentioned it as a concern to the front desk, they were very apologetic and said that they do offer bath mats for the bottom of the tub, you just had to ask. I never would have thought to ask for one. Rather, there should be one in every bath to use. This could be a big problem for the hotel.

The staff, hotel overall, rooms and breakfast offerings were fantastic. We could see why it received such a high rating. Plenty of room to unpack and spread out. The bed and bedding were super comfortable. Since the weather was mild when we were there, and the rooms don't have a/c, we slept with the window opened a bit and that worked perfectly. The pool and spa were wonderful and relaxing. The breakfast offerings were plentiful and varied. Something for everyones taste. It was close to the train station and easy to get to.

We needed to request a fan because there was no aircon (not usually needed) but it was warm while we were there; and the pedastal fan was needed to comfortably sleep at night. I suggest that every room should have a fan - ceiling fan preferred; or a pedastal fan or large desk fan.

In Switzerland, breakfast was included in most hotels and this was an added bonus to our trip. Very fresh and healthy foods on offer for breakfast! Exceptional staff and attention to detail was appreciated.

A friendly welcome and as much help as we needed to get settled in. Advertised ‘partial view of the Matterhorn’ from our room turned out to true (once the clouds had lifted!) Breakfasts excellent and in the end we also had two evening meals in the hotel. Near enough to the train station to mean we could walk (with cases).
