“Everything about the experience was incredible. It was a relaxing and peaceful experience with gorgeous views in a quiet mountain village. It was all beyond expectations. I didn't have much time to spend, but it was all enough to provide a proper reset.”
“We stayed in a double room with a balcony and Matterhorn view. We liked having a balcony to sit outside. The hotel is in a good location, about 5 minutes walk to the train station and close to many restaurants. The room was very comfortable and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good, there were plenty of choices.”

The room was spacious and clean, the same as the bathroom, and the bed was comfortable.
The room had a private terrace with valley view.

“This hotel was just an 8-10 min walk from the main train station. It's less than 10 min walk from the start of main street shopping and restaurants. It's also only 15 min from a lovely view point trail overlooking the village of Zermatt. Included a lovely breakfast buffet with all swiss meats, cheeses, breads, cereals and coffee and tea.
There is also 3 types of Saunas, including an aromatherapy sauna which was amazing and so relaxing after being on trains, and on my feet all day!
Staff spoke very good English and were so pleasant. I was able to leave my bag there after check out while I spent the day on the Gornergrat tour... also highly recommended. They then drove me back to the station in their electric shuttle.
I will stay there again! Beautiful views of the Mattehorn from the entrance!”
