“The dinner was fantastic, all the facilities were great and the staff were very kind and accommodating. They were willing to help drive us to the station in the early morning so we could catch our bus.”
“Truly exceptional service from two of the older women working there. They taught us how to eat the traditional breakfast which they made fresh in front of us. The staff thought of everything and did little things like cleaning the wheels of our suitcases by hand. The location of our room looked over the stream and you could hear the relaxing sound of the water. Overall we loved the trip and would highly recommend it.”

Staff was polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast at the Vietnamese restaurant downstairs is reasonably priced at ¥1500. Good to have a 7-11 convenience store right below the hotel.
The bathroom and toilet are separate, which is good.”
“We stayed here for 1 night during the Takayama Spring Festival , it was one of the few hotels with a room available during this very busy time in Takayama. Turned out to be a great stay. A short walk to Hilda Folk Village. A traditional ryokan with onsen which we tried for the first time and enjoyed the experience. We caught the bus from the city centre to get there. They provided a free shuttle back into Takayama the next morning.”
“There's a onsen in the hotel. The breakfast is really good and if you return the toothbrush that you didn't use they give you a gift ;)”
“It seems newly decorated or built, everything looks tidy and clean at the hotel.
Despite a little bit distance from the bus terminal or JR station, you can easily walk to any spot.
Spa is nice and you can order some drinks at the lobby for free every night, which is superb.”
