On 16th September the above transaction was paid to DON VALLEY HOTEL.
KINDLY REVERSE THE TRANSACTION PLEASE.
Reason
I attempted to find accommodation whilst I was in Sheffield, UK.
So got online and managed to get a booking at the above hotel.
When I got to the hotel, we were told that unless we paid cash, accommodation would not be granted.
Despite assuring we had paid through Bookings.com. (Reference 4461975471) they insisted we pay cash.
Being late, we decided to find another hotel to stay in, which we did.
Would appreciate if reversal of funds can be made.

“Big room, was quiet but was nice and mostly clean, was a nice stay, the power sockets are behind the dresser and one bedside cabinet. I would stay again and bring my own triple A batteries for the 42" Tv remote that had a missing back cover) it did the job and there are shops bang downstairs and a takeaway across the road that opens at least about 9am, I got a lamb kebab but the bread was not fresh and it was luke warm ( I'll check next time).
There's a nice sit in patisserie about 30 seconds walk away, looked very posh and new. If we had more time would have tried some cakes they looked tasty.”
“It was a different place to stay. We have been to Sheffield before and it was nice to experience something a bit different and wacky.”
“The host Mark worked exceptionally hard to have things ready for me. There was a misunderstanding as to what property was being booked, and rather than let me down when he realised what had happened. He came to the property after a long shift at work and was putting up a bed when I arrived. He and his wife then very quickly equipped the kitchen for me. The central heating is very efficient, and i really enjoyed the deep bath. When he has been here, he is polite and engaging in conversation. When these rooms are next advertised, I am certain that whoever books one will not be disappointed.”
