The location was perfect, close to several bus routes to the city centre. The room was comfortable and I appreciated the TV.

Owners delivered on providing ensuite accommodation as requested. Pleasant and well stocked shared kitchen facilities.

Request sent for ground floor which was granted however wc facilities up stairs I did say I struggle with stairs, 😒 also very cold radiator went off after a short while, so left this room at 03.00hrs as uncomfortable.

10am checkout is a little early, 11am.would be better especially considering check in isn't till 3pm.

Nice big room, comfy bed, clean communal area with tea/coffee making facilities, good communication with host.

The sheet that was put on the bed was too small for the bed and kept coming off. The shower head bracket was broken.

The efficiency of the communication of the owner and the lit up passage and key safe. It is just outside the controlled zone for parking. You can't park at the house as it's on the main road and as we arrived at 4pm there was plenty of parking nearby. The buses are very easy to use and cheap. The use of the kitchen with plenty of beverages is great. The PIR lights in the stairwells is a really great idea.

I didn’t know was house share when booked could be my own fault but looked like b&b and the stairs are so steep I was in the lovely bottom floor room but to go up and down to use shared bathroom I had to be careful also I didn’t like how there was other peoples wash stuff in the shared bathroom apart from this was nice

There was a noticeable stain on the bedroom ceiling. The showers could with a power unit water pressure was low.

I enjoyed the winding staircase we shared the top two flats. Even though this bid an old house the property was clean and tidy. Adam was on hand and took my calls and answered all my queries he was very helpful.

could do with taking shampoos mouthwash etc out of bathroom if they’re not put there by the customers at the time looks a little unprofessional and you never know who you have staying and what someone could’ve done to stuff. imagine using the shampoo and it ends up being hair removal cream because some teenager thought it was funny. anyway just an idea from me

the prices were put up the weekend we went, because I was looking at the Sam room for a month later and it was half the price so it was quite expensive for 2 people just for a room. BUT it was clean super easy to find felt safe and the bathroom and shower was spotless. we didnt hear a any other customers either and we had to walk right to the back of the house, thought it’d be abit chaotic but managed to get showers etc in the morning too.

Shared shower, toilet, kitchen and accompanying facilities all fine. No-one else really around so I could use fairly undisturbed. Ground floor room spacy and warm ; lovely big futon bed, comfortable enough, extra blanket supplied.

The heating was not sufficient for the size of the room, the room was cold, possibly should think of offering a plug in heater for a warmer room.

Room no.3 was nice and spacious ; the bed was comfy; kitchen and bathroom clean and spacious.

The landlord has said he won't tolerate folk being drunken or unpleasant - a good thing - however, bear in mind that you're in a house of a few folk whom you've never met, and there is no reception - no-one available to call - late at night. I had no issues with anyone else in the house. I menton this as it is a potential cause of concern. Minor note: PIR light switching in the first bathroom very aggressive!

The deal: You'll be texted entry codes before you arrive, which will open the relevant key box (one for each room) which are outside the front door, which is down the side passageway. It's a terraced house, all of which is the guest house. The landlord lives nearby. The rooms are clean, the bed comfortable. They are not ensuite, There are two bathrooms and one kitchen available. There is unrestricted parking on adjacent streets (not Abbeydale Road). The weekday rate was £45/room/night, which beat any hotel. The weekend rate was £80/room/night. Abbeydale Road leads on to London Road which is very lively, and is about 15m walk from the city centre. Would use again, certainly for the weekday deal.

No ensuite bathroom. I feel like this wasn't clear when booking. Personally I didn't like the mattress, not very comfortable for me.

Room was big and clean. Good location, easy to find and lots of parking nearby. Good self check in, easy to locate lock box.
