    “Just wow!!!”

  • Tyn-y-Coed Inn Review score: 10

“The Tyn-y-Coed Inn provided a wonderfully comfortable stay with friendly and welcoming staff. The food was absolutely delicious, making each meal a real treat. The interior was cozy and well-designed, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. My room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed, perfect for unwinding. The location, surrounded by stunning woodland, hills and mountains, added so much to the overall experience. I couldn’t have asked for more!”

  • “Beautiful rooms, brilliant location, gorgeous building, lots of parking despite being in centre of town.”

  • The Sandbanks Review score: 8

“If I'm being honest I wasn't expecting lots. I wanted a property that was close to the new parkrun and picked the cheapest for the night that we wanted to visit. I visited with my three children so booked a family room. Whilst the room and hotel was tired looking we got a really big room which was really comfortable. It's always helpful when the bath and toilet have separate rooms, with so many people in the room, and this is what we got here. We decided to eat in the hotel restaurant and again wasn't expecting much. I have to say the food was actually really enjoyable and I wouldn't hesitate to eat there again. I was a bit worried as we were told there was a live act on that night. I'd read other reviews that said noise in the rooms was a problem. It may have been the room we got but we actually didn't have a problem going to sleep whilst the act was still performing. The location was excellent. Probably the best thing to say though was the staff were really nice. I got the sense that they all put a bit of extra effort in and that was appreciated.”

  • The Celtic Royal Hotel Review score: 7

“Enjoyed the stay, would have liked to use the spa, pool looked great, but we had one day so spent our time out and about. Location is fantastic for the castle and other sights. Good bars and restaurants nearby but we ate at the hotel. Quiet Sunday so restaurant closed. Bar food OK, not too expensive so enjoyed that. Breakfast was great, not buffet but cooked to order as quiet. All staff wonderful”
