“Everything was perfectly fine, the owner was nice and accommodating.”
“The hotel is located in a safe area, allowing for outdoor activities even at night. With the secure Carolina Park and a subway station nearby, it was convenient for both relaxation and transportation. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel also features a large gym and a swimming pool, which I enjoyed for exercise and swimming.”

“The breakfasts were excellent as well as a feast for the eyes. The staff were really helpful. My flight from Quito to Cuzco left in the middle of the night. The hotel offered me the room for about half a day for half price so I had somewhere to stay and pack for the flight. The staff also helped me book the Uber to the airport since I left at about 1 am.”
“Javier was a super host! He made a great breakfast and 3 course dinner, was very friendly and went above and beyond with advice for different treks as he used to be a guide. Also, he would help with anything you need. We were a bit cold at night so he gave us a heater and a large blanket.
The location is really close to the main highway so it's easy to get to and to go on day trips but you're far away enough in nature that you don't realize it.
They have a nice kitchen and a nice common area with a fireplace.
There wearnt many people so it's quieter, which for me was nice to have a small group vibe.”
“Clean, spacious and great decor. 24/7 coffee and tea making facilities. Food at the restaurant was excellent! Restaurant staff - her name might have been genesis, instead of simply handing us the menu she took the time to explain our food options. Dessert was so delicious and the chef kindly gave us extra chocolate to take with us because we liked it so much.
We left our luggage there for a two day trip to Tena.”
