“Location was walkable distance to historic centre. Comfortable room. Staff were friendly. I had requested to leave my luggage at the hotel as I expected to arrive a couple hours before scheduled check in but they had the room available for a early check in which was helpful for me . Option for breakfast is available.”

“This was a super budget option for a stay in central Palermo. The room was clean and spacious. The entrance to the hotel, through the courtyard and up a grand staircase was really impressive. The breakfast room was equally impressive. The hotel is in a really old building nicely restored.”
“The staff at this hotel are so professional and kind. My husband collapsed and was rushed to Marsala hospital with a head injury and an inflamed intestine. I was beside myself with worry. The young people at reception found me a taxi driver to pick me up from the hospital after a night asleep on a wheelchair in A & E, put me into a lovely room with a balcony that overlooked the old town and the staff were so sweet and attentive to me when I was on my own at breakfast that I will be eternally grateful to them. Their English was perfect as was their patience. Their frequent refrain was " We are here for you". And they were. Thank you so very much.”

“The location was ideal, offering a quiet and peaceful environment. It was also conveniently situated just a ten-minute walk from the superstore. While the pool appeared inviting, unfortunately, we couldn't take advantage of it due to the weather. The room met our expectations and provided a comfortable stay.”
“LOCATION, BATHROOM”
“Staff of this accomodation was extremely helpful and kind, the age limit guarantees a great opportunity to meet fellow travelers. I loved spending dinners on the balcony watching the buzz in Via Roma and also meeting people from all over the world. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals.
The dorm room was clean, comfortable, with decent amount of storage for my belongings. The beds were cozy, plus, the bathrooms were adequately clean, which I really appreciated.”
