The kitchen closing at 11,30 .. In my personal opinion it has no much sense .. You may just need to close the bar and that's it.. Above all, if someone needs to cook late in night, as often happens in these places, or wants to go out to smoke, considering inside is forbidden, or has a late pc job to do, well it's a pity, people has to eat, work or even smoke outside in front of the building in an area like the one the hostel is ubicated. Is not safe, if you know what I mean ... At least for people who need to smoke . create a dedicate area and leave open overnight .. and create private rooms for someone who needs more privacy.. That's all.. everything else is Perfectly fine !!

The building smells , the beds are not comfortable at all especially the top ones, the bathrooms are wet , the room was packed with more than 10 people

it was a good place to stay for a couple of days, 5 min from palermo centrale and 5 min from historical center 😄. the staff was super friendly and allowed me to keep my bags till my night flight. very spacious kitchen with a lot of appliances and cute balcony.

Not everybody on the staff speaks English - so it wasn't always possible to get extra info. The vibe was so-so, it worked as a dormitory but not a social place. In the morning the common kitchen is not opened at 7:30 as written, one day I waited hungry for 1.5h - not a big deal but if I knew it's gonna take that long I wouldn't have waited there. After all do not understand why close the area at all.

My biggest problem was that the lockers are extremely small (and most of them are broken). I texted the staff the meassurements of my suitcase prior to my trip to make sure it will fit and they told me it would - it absolutely did not. Fortunately I had my own lock to lock my suitcase but if someone took my whole suitcase I would lose everything. That was very upsetting. There was also a problem with water pressure which as I am finding out is pretty common in this hostel.

I loved the shared space with couches etc. where you could meet other young people, I appreciate the age limit and the female-only room option. The bedroom was clean and well kept - I liked the bathroom a lot, it allowed enough privacy despite being shared. There were also all the extra things travellers would need which is great (shampoos, blow dryers…) The staff was very young and friendly too. I felt safe and welcomed there from the moment I stepped in. And the location of this hostel? Absolutely perfect!

I lived in a room where the window didn't open, it was difficult, especially at night, with so many people. During the day it was better because the window in the next room was open and there was a small draft

The room is quiet small. I got a bed on the upper level, but the ladder to go up was blocked by a cupboard so I couldn't go up and had to climb over the wall. It's near the station so it's relatively crowded and noisy.

The location is strategic, near the main train station, supermarket, and a lot of stores. The staffs are friendly. The kitchen and the bar are good.

I never understand the hostels why they don’t put curtains at the beds in shared rooms so lack of them here is obvious minus

Reception staff are awesome, hostel is at very central location in Palermo, close to Lidl and local markets, beds are comfy, bathrooms are clean most of the time.
