“Great location, amazing views”
“The location is great as it was quiet and yet only a short walk accross the river to the Old Town and a shorted walk to the night market. Staff were friendly, complimentary bottles of water were appreciated, the pool was clean with lots of lounges the air conditioner was very effective.”
“Honestly, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and it's all because of the exceptional customer service. I have traveled extensively and spent thousands of dollars per night on hotels, but this hidden gem stands out not only for its fantastic price but also for its outstanding service that will blow you away.
From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with such warmth and love that you feel at home instantly. The manager, Mia, was fantastic, as were all the staff. Mia will undoubtedly go far in her career, and the owners are lucky to have someone who cares for the place as if it were her own.
Whether entering, leaving, or dining at breakfast in the mornings, you are always asked how you are and if you need anything, which feels like a big hug. If you needed help ordering a car service, they would go out of their way to assist or even offer their hotel car to take you where you needed to be. Mind you, the car was absolutely beautiful.
Since leaving, my family and I can’t stop thinking about how special the staff were and the special place Little Gem will forever hold in our hearts. We feel so grateful and will recommend this special place to everyone we know.

“We had an amazing stay at The Linh Seside Villa ! The quality of the service offered, the availability and most of all, kindness of the staff was the best we had in Vietnam. Comfortable beds, good breakfast. Only 2min walk from a beautiful beach where sunbeds and towels are for free for customers of the hotel. The town of Hoi An is only 10min away by scooter that you can rent directly at the counter of the hotel. We had the most perfect stay, we highly recommend it !”
