“Property located in a new fancy building full of arrogant and rude Chinese expats wearing fake Louis Vuitton clothes. Probably owned and operated by the Chinese mafia, who seem to run everything in Sihanoukville.
At 1AM one night, a threatening Chinese man came in asking us to open the door, or else. He only backed down when we threatened to call security. At 3AM, a crazy Chinese lady was laughing hysterically in the hallway.
We had a couple of brief power outages on days 1 and 2, which were quickly resolved. The hosts are Russian and they are nice. The appartment was spotlessly clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It is small but functional.”

“We stayed in a 2 bed roomed pool view bungalow, the rooms we large with excellent air conditioning and large comfortable beds. The room was cleaned daily and towels changed as requested. Pool and beach towels supplied at reception.
There are 2 nice pools, and a lovely restaurant with beach view.
We hired scooters from reception which was easy and the scooters well maintained.
Well maintained beach to the front of the property, the sand was white. The hotel had paddle boards free to use for guests.”
