“Your staff had accused me as smoking in room so I had staff come to my room and enter my room at which time apologized cuz no smoke or smell. The next day I was at work gf was eating subway and smoking in the smoking area and at that time again accused of smoking drugs in the area and has charged me for the night and keeping my deposit . I don't understand where they are coming from. but,maybe should have called police and had them figure it out. Instead had attitude and threw her out. I will be seeking council on this matter as they had no right charging me for the extra night as they were told to leave room till I arrived and could sign paper to extend although I extended thru Windham since was working but although they got confirmation I has paid at Windham they still made them check outta room putting them outside to begin with. I'm sorry but I would not recommend this place to anyone as they profile by your looks or by appearance which I own my.own company and I work hard for my money. Maybe assumed I was homeless or not of the rich kind but I work hard and as far as I am concerned I hope the staff there runs that place in the ground or maybe corporate needs to fire them for assuming . Thanks”
