“Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Oaxaca. The staff went above and beyond to provide amazing service, for example we were working remotely one day during our stay and they accomodated a small conference room for us to work all day and serve us breakfast there! There are also so many nice details including free water/drinks throughout the stay as well as a few surprises. They also helped organize our transportation and were available for questions/recommendations all day!
The hotel itself is beautiful with lots of details, and has a great location - walking distance to everything you want to see in Oaxaca! The rooms are nicely furnished with local art/furniture, have AC, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Overall loved our stay and will definitely be back!”
