The price of the room was totally worth it. The hotel’s priority is safety and we felt very safe and secure while staying, i love the room interior design and outdoor design it’s very welcoming, it’s close to down town just a few blocks down and breakfast was delicious :))

Comfortable, well located, design forward little hotel in the heart of Oaxaca city. Quality linen, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. I do not understand the bad reviews, it wasn’t noisy at all at night for us. And it’s a beautiful homey feeling.

We were in the room closest to the street which was very noisy and hard to sleep. If we were in a quiet back room we would have been very happy. The showers also took about 2-3 minutes for the hot water to come through

The room I had was small but cute & clean. The room ventilation was not great, AC was either too cold or not making a difference.

Hospitality was great. The breakfast was amazing and super helpful that we didn't need to go out and look for it in the am. The host organized a massage it wasn't for the full time I asked but it was nice to have that onsite.

We arrived later in the evening and were greeted by Maria who showed us to our room. The room look just like the pictures online, beautiful and unique. It was a very quiet setting but a great location for walking to all of the shops, museums, and restaurants downtown. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was wonderful and you had the choice of eating in your room or in the courtyard. We would definitely stay here again.

Our room was very close to the kitchen and even with the windows closed we could hear everything in the morning from around 7am. Our front door that leads to the terrace where breakfast is served was also quite thin so we could also hear everything from there (every word of the people sitting outside). This meant that sleeping in in the morning was a bit challenging. We had some issues with the air con making very loud sounds but this was fixed the next day and we received a part refund without even asking for it. Service was honestly second to none.

The staff were all absolutely amazing, very welcoming and attentive. The property was very beautiful, modern and new. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is close to the city centre and we did everything walking. It felt very safe around the whole city and we really enjoyed our stay. Maria also gave us loads of recommendations for restaurants, helped us book a taxi, organised laundry to be picked up and so on. I've never had such an amazing host!

Maria reached out before our arrival and ensured we had clear instructions to the hotel from the airport. She was so welcoming and accommodating. The keypad entry made for easy access to the hotel and our room.
