  • The Hedges Hotel Review score: 10

“There was a good choice of hot food, cereal, bread and croissants at breakfast. Dinners were tasty with generous portions. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view. The hotel is perfectly located for visiting the Giant’s Causeway and exploring the Causeway Coastal Route by car, as well as visiting the Seamus Homeplace in Bellaghy. There’s free parking available for hotel guests.”

  • Causeway Hotel Review score: 10

“Lovely breakfast (included in our room rate), wonderful staff at the front desk, in the pub and in the restaurant: the beds were comfortable and we had a little terrace with chairs and a view of the sea. Best of all - the location is incredible! We arrived around 9pm, and during our quick check-in the desk manager urged me to go for a walk down to Giant’s Causeway - he said the sun wouldn’t set until 10:45pm and the weather forecast for the next day wasn’t great. I am so glad I took his advice! I didn’t realize how close the hotel is to the causeway - a quick walk down the hill brings you to the most incredible natural wonder; I had it all to myself and got to enjoy a gorgeous sunset perched on the step-like rocks of Giant’s Causeway- a really special experience I’ll remember all my life. The next day we did the full Red Trail hike around the Causeway, including the 165 Shepherd’s Steps - it’s a beautiful hike and the views are spectacular! White Rocks beach and Dunluce Castle are nearby and worth visiting.”
