We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Friendly staff throughout the hotel from reception, to the bar, cleaning staff and at breakfast. Nice room. Coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, iron, dressing gown, slippers and lovely toiletries all provided. Great location - in close proximity to Botanic Gardens for a concert Good breakfast and very pleasant gentleman looking after guests here.

IrelandPerhaps the view as we looked over another wall, however we understand that this it out of the hotel's control. A taxi was booked for us from the hotel staff but it wasn't done properly the first time so had to re-request the booking when a taxi never arrived. The curtains created an outdated feel in the room.
Loved the breakfast and the facilities in the hotel. The linen was lovely and soft and thoroughly enjoyed the bath in the bathroom. Happy to have a hair-dryer supplied as well as a kettle for an early morning coffee.

United KingdomA little bit of thought to upgrade the lighting (white lights are not too pleasant) and sockets near the bed please. The cleaning staff had an office near my room and arrived early and were generally noisy with chat and their trolley which was a bit off putting.
The friendly welcome, amazing staff, lovely reception and dining. The location was perfect.

United KingdomThe water from the hot water tap was absolutely scalding hot Would be good to have a safe in the room. The food was very pricey and not the best.breakfast was poor. Ate lunch and dinner there. For lunch the toastie was bread clearly made in a normal toaster with cold unmelted cheese and fillings inside. Was really awful and still feel sick thinking about it. Please learn how to do a proper toastie as it is on your menu after all.

IrelandThe TV's were reported as not working when we arrived and nothing was done to address this and upon checkout i reported this again and received a blank stare and a "thats tough" look!! No empathy or understanding was shown.
Location was ideal, the staff in the restaurant and bar area were very helpful and engaging. The housekeeping team checked in on us shortly after arriving to see if we needed anything and were able to provide some extra tea bags for us. Breakfast in the hotel is very good.
